JON of all TRADES and Co. Heating & Air-Conditioning

I found Jon on Homestars after reading a number of stellar reviews customers had posted and decided to give him a call to help relocate hot and return air ducts on the main floor as part of my load bearing wall removal project. Jon didn't disappoint. He was the third contractor that visited me and gave me valuable advice on what I should do with HVAC runs without blowing my budget (none of the others gave advice nearly as good). His price was affordable and reasonable, and when it came down to the work, he showed up on time and finished everything in half a day. He also installed my new hot water heater tank at the same. Overall, very impressed with Jon's work, efficiency and good price. Will definitely give him a call for other projects and will recommend to friends.

Jon and his business partner were very thorough with their AC maintenance triage and did a fantastic job reducing the noise levels. He went above and beyond and provided some general home maintenance tips/advice. I am certainly going to continue using his services and would highly recommend him to everyone!!

Jon has been a godsend! I started out calling him for an air conditioning problem I was having. I was so happy with the service he provided me and so impressed with his honesty, knowledge and reliability that I now have him do the yearly maintenance of my furnace and gas fireplace. After getting the run-around from several reputable" HVAC companies

Boy, am I glad that I reached out to Jon Saraiva at Jon of All Trades when I needed an HVAC professional a few years ago. He responded to my initial email within an hour, and we set up an appointment for the same week to install a new thermostat and to also check out a whistling noise my AC unit was making. He showed up to my house on time, and with a big smile on his face. He immediately set my mind at ease with his knowledge and expertise, and explained in very good detail what my issue was. As he installed my new thermostat, he carefully walked me through the operating instructions, even showed me how to remove the cover and install new batteries, and asked if I had any questions or needed further clarification on anything. He didn't rush at all, or give me the impression that I was taking up too much of his time. I was just really impressed with Jon's professional, yet very kind and courteous service, which is why I have continued to call him every time I need furnace, AC and/or water heater maintenance and repair. He definitely has a customer for life with me! Trust me; if you call him, you won't regret it.

We contacted Jon as we were having trouble with our heating system in our home. With the cold weather upon us, having this fixed in a timely manner was of utmost importance. With so many options to choose from on the internet, we got overwhelmed and decided to support a small local business in our area, and we are so glad we did as Jon responded to our inquiry in a timely manner! With the uncertainty and anxiety of the pandemic, Jon ensured that he was following the proper Covid protocols by wearing a mask, keeping his distance, and ensuring that all parties were safe and felt comfortable before entering the home. In about a half an hour to hour time frame, Jon completed his assessment and fixed our heating system. He made the process seamless and pain-free! After having completed the job, Jon followed up by sending a text message asking if all is working properly. We thank him for his professionalism and extra care !
