My husband has used CAS these last 2 years for our boat service and we have officially decided to take our business elsewhere in the future. This place is poorly managed and unorganized with poor client care. There have been several instances that contributed to our bad experience with them. They’ve made several errors or poor decisions and then blame it on their customer. We have been shocked over and over again with the way this place is run. We’ve continued to go there for the convenience of the location, despite the bad experiences, and we’ve finally reached the last straw and will not return. Would not recommend this place.

Took boat here to be winterized. Upon launching the boat, there was a mechanical issue that wasn’t present previously. Team here refuses to look at their own work for 3+ weeks. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Do not stand behind their work.UPDATE: After some additional discussion they did in fact put the boat work through under “warranty” and got the boat fixed in about 48 hours. The linkage on the motor was not properly reconnected after winterization.

The staff's professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction make them a true standout in the industry. Five stars all around!

Been dealing with these guys for years.Never let me down, always helped me get the parts needed to get the boat back in the water along with a bit of knowledge to get the job done easier sometimes.Great Family Run business, definitely recommend contacting them for all your boating needs!

When dropping my boat off for winterizing and wrapping, I explained to the (very nice) guy at the counter that I do not have the wiring harness for the controls. My boat is not a showpiece, so I asked if I could get an estimate on a solution for this... Should I get the correct wiring harness or might there be a lower cost option of hard wiring to get my dash gauges functional? He said he would make a note for the service team. I thanked him and left.The service team did a diagnostic of each switch and gauge and reported which ones don't work and that further diagnostics would be required. Surprisingly, they apparently had no issues with the gauges that I had run power to by jamming some scraps of household electrical wire into the crimp connections.When I got the report and quote back through email, I pointed out that this is not what I had asked for and explained again. Various members of the service team said that there is nothing they can do about it.$93.75 in labour and still no answer to my question.

CAS recently installed a trolling motor on our boat. The installation was very professional. They set up the remote and had the battery fully charged. All we had to do was turn it on. Job well done. Thank you.

Sarah in service did a fantastic job helping me getting my outboard repaired when the lower unit was leaking oil, I mentioned I needed the boat back for an upcoming fishing trip and Sarah. the technician and CAS delivered. Great communication all the way through easy drop off and pick up as well!

Baillie in the parts department has been super helpful answering my questions and making sure I get the right parts for my boat. Really appreciate the help!

They are over priced and the service isn't worth the cost recently they installed a pair of outdrive hydraulic rams they told me the hydraulic pump need to be replaced cost $1,080.00 plus labor I was able to buy a new pump for $600.00 also the hydraulic ram they installed failed one jammed and snapped the end off my outdrive. CAS excepted NO" responsibility for the failure and wouldn't even refund what they charged me to install the defective parts. I've replaced the outdrive and new RAMS all works perfectly"

I bought a 2.5hp Suzuki 4 Stroke and a Suzu dinghy from CAS for my 36’ sailboat …Dan was super responsive and on it … He was a big help with my warranty… Dealing with CAS was money well spent
