Like another review has said I would also give zero stars if possible, they tried 3 times to deliver, the first they didn't have a door code which was fair. The second after I provided the code I waited the whole day by my door and never heard a knock yet they said they tried to deliver it, the third day was the same yet they left the door knocker. When I called after the first day to see if they would leave the package at the door the women was incredibly rude and straight up refused. This has to be the worst delivery company in the city.

After reading all the reviews I admit I was scared, but man they did an awesome job. They showed up the exact day they said they would. I had taken the day off to be available and glad I did. The delivery guy was super nice and helpful. I had brought up the reviews and he said that most of the time no one is home and they can't just leave stuff. After that I went back through the reviews and the common theme seemed to point to that people were not home on the delivery date. 5 stars to Loomis. 1 star to the customers.

Only giving 5 stars because the folks at this location were very friendly. That said, I will never deal with Loomis Express again for my shipping needs. They made two delivery attempts at 7am, then never left a slip or sent an email or gave any indication that I would have to go pick up my package. When I called customer service to find out what I had to do and where I had to go they were rude and had a bad attitude.

Zero rate: This the worst company ever! I don’t know they still exist. I purchased a swing from last August from walmart and turned to be defective. So walmart set up a pick up from Loomis. It took a month for them to pick it up from my apartment. I was so relieved when somebody knocked on my door confirming the parcel to be picked up. I waited for 3 weeks for walmart to issue a refund. Sadly, walmart didn’t receive the package at all. I called Loomis back, one agent confirmed that it was delivered. On the next days, Loomis agents denying that it was picked they said it was appearing that driver didn’t pick it up. The more I call for assistance, the more rude the agents are. They escalated it and appointed a tracer named ANGELA, a useless one. She called me once saying there’s no pick up appearing on their system and that’s it. I am so frustrated coz until now nobody’s giving me an updated, everytime I call the rude agents, they always say they made a note already for Angela to call me back. It’s almost 3 months now since they got the parcel and 2 months since the investigation began but nothing is happening. Where can we file a complaint to investigate and hopefully will close this business. This is a SCAM!!!

ZERO STARS - I can't count how many times you've delivered my orders to the wrong address, allowing someone with a COMPLETELY different name to sign for it, I would appreciate my money back for my merchandise you gave away. Disgraceful.

This is the worst service I have ever received. No business should work with this company ever. I got the run around from their Ottawa office for two days, they failed to notify me they would be delivering the shipment after multiple people told me someone would call me with an update, then they refused to rectify their errors. Representatives and managers were rude and disrespectful.

Two packages have been lost for a total of 5 weeks. They outsource to Loomis which also has a 1 star review. Customer service will say to call Loomis, Loomis says to call DHL. They both sometimes say “it’s out for delivery today” (but it’s not), or “we’ve escalated this to our highest level”, or “we’ve reached out to the dispatch/agent and we’ll call you back in two hours” (they will not). Completely useless, very frustrating, and consistently so.

Wish I could give zero stars. I have no idea how this company is still in business. They say they tried to deliver multiple times and said I wasn't home, however I was home all day and no one so much as pulled into my driveway. Not sure if I will ever receive my package at this point. Tried calling and the online chat and both were completely useless. Do not recommend ever using this company if you can avoid it.

Don’t even deserve 1 star. So disgusted with this useless company. The driver needs to be fired immediately. Refusing to get back to confirm my delivery for 3 days now. Cancelled my appointment twice because of waiting all day at home for no shows.

ordered rims from quebec twice in 2 years and they got shipped with loomis worst mistake ever. first set one of 4 got sent to Vancouver. not sure why. they got picked up together. took a week to get it back. 2nd time all wheels were picked up dame spot. and only 3 arrived. one got stuck in a snow storm so they say.
