I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic approx 3 weeks ago. My a/c stopped working. I went back to them and they fixed it for me very quickly. I was very impressed with their service. Don't believe the negative google reviews. Go experience for yourselves. A++++

I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 5 IF POSSIBLE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE / NEGOTIATION EVER IN MY LIFE. CHINESE GUY IN PARTICULAR DOES NOT HAVE A HEART AND LAUGHS AT ANY OFFER. IF YOU BUY FROM THEM IM CERTAIN THEY WONT CARE THAT YOU BUY FROM THEM OR NOT. THE MOMENT YOU LEAVE YOU ARE NOTHING TO THEM. TOTAL AH's!!!!!

They had a car that I had been looking for for several years, and I was willing to purchase it site unseen without test, driving it as I am in Alberta. I called to speak with a sales person to ask a few questions, one was to send me a video of the car, starting, and a video of the exterior, because I wasn’t able to get there in person. The other question I asked was how they would recommend shipping the vehicle from BC to Alberta. I would had every intention of paying full price and closing the deal today. I spoke with a sales person by the name of “Michael” but I’m not sure if that’s his real name. He was extremely rude and said that he could not send a video and I got yelled at about needing to get a third-party to ship the vehicle. That wouldn’t have been a problem for me, but I don’t understand why he got so upset, I asked for a manager and he told me the manager didn’t have time to talk to me. He also talked to somebody else he was working with in the background about me in a very derogatory way. I’m so disappointed as I was looking to buy this car stay away from this dealership they are rude, not accommodating and lie to you. The sales person also told me that he’s just doing his job, except he was the only thing standing in the way from closing the deal. The search continues. :(

Overall was a good experienceat this dealer. The truck I bought was washed for me before I left the lot and I was treated as a valued customer by the sales team. I would like to suggest that you not worry so much about responding to bad google reviews with sarcasm or comments about the reviewers that leave you a bad review, just focus on what you can do to make a customers happy. Responding to negative reviews with sarcasm will not help grow your business (in my opinion) Just focus on what you do well like you did with me. As a customer it was a bit offputting to see how you responded to some of the google comments with sarcasm. Stay above that and it will help your bussiness grow more. Thank you for a good buying experience I was trested very well here.

I want to keep this short so everyone can read this and understand exactly what to expect. Do not come here if you want to buy a vehicle, instead come here to be entertained by Lunatic Larry.On my first visit to buy a specific car they had on the lot, Larry unenthusiastically and awkwardly approaches me and without looking at me says “low KM, you wanna buy?” I decided to leave and return at a later date in hopes to deal with a different salesperson that was friendlier. Unfortunately, the manager called out Larry to assist me for the second time. I asked if he could simply give me an out the door price and that I was not there to negotiate. He ignored my request and aggressively continued to repeat “How much? How much?” forcing an offer from me to which I then offered 15% less than the sticker price, to that he responded by yelling “Get out!, Get the F out!” And began walking towards me raising his hand as if we wanted to fight me?! The manager came out very unfazed by Larry’s tantrum as if this was common behaviour.In the heat of the moment, I was angry, then confused as I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism in my life. My confusion soon turned to concern and pity for this obviously disturbed person. I would be honestly surprised to find out he has actually sold a vehicle before as he is the last person that should work in the customer service industry.This car has been up on Craigslist for the past year repeatedly reposted with price drops. It’s not the car, Larry. Red corolla 2010. Advertised as clean title.... If you look closely the bumper was replaced and held together by tape Very dishonest group of sellers.Update: This car is definitely from you. No more needs to be said about their professionalism... When you look at the reply from the owner.... He's very defensive and calls people low IQ/princess...the last bit of reply is very incoherent as well. READ THIS AND DON'T COME***

I recently bought a car from AA Quality and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. They had a great selection of cars at competitive prices. The car I chose was in excellent condition, and the salesperson was patient in explaining its features. Highly recommended!
