My girlfriends car broke down while passing by (serpentine belt had broken) and when she couldn't drive to the shop they sent a mechanic out to boost the car. Great service and when they didn't have the right part they quickly sent someone out to get it. Great service, didn't overcharge and they came through in a tight spot. Would recommend to anyone

Jesse at side track went above and beyond for my little family and I, more than once this month.He fixed the concerns I had, changed out my tires and checked over everything for me to ensure top safety and operation for my babies all at a really great price. I’m so grateful for all his help and will continue to bring my vehicle to him for all my service needs. I can honestly say that in all the years I have been a vehicle owner, I have never received such great and honest service.

Its taken them 2 months to change out s steering column and broke my clutch.They told me i was self sabotage my own vehical by cutting wires. 1700$ later it's still not done no work but bill keeps rising. Jokes on them i have s hidden cameras in my car so i havr all thr proof i need.

Couldn't ask for better service! The shop squeezed me in on short notice. We ran into a few hiccups because Sherwood Honda sold me the wrong parts.. but Jesse was understanding about it and helped me out with the bill even though he had to do the work twice.. honest guy, quality work, great customer service.
