Care Partners

I am very distressed over the communication and organization at the top level. Very little feedback when a PSW is coming! No permanent scheduler in North Bay.Perhaps Care Partners should drop the word “Care”from their name.This last month I have not had service 3 days,have been bathed and dressed just before dinner instead of my usual time. After phoning one week before my daughter came from Toronto to take me to an outing down south. They were to told I needed service between 7:30 and 9 o’ clock. On checking the night before I was assured they would be Thera at7:30 AM. No one came When I contacted Care Partners I was told I was scheduled for 12.15. Was I frustrates? You bet! This goes on all the time. I don’t blame the PSW’s..Time for the LINN’s to give the contract to someone else!!

Professional misconduct and patient neglect is a prodominant issue with with nurses and supervisors. Repulsive behaviors, putting patients in harms way.

Care Partners are part of the team keeping my mother going in North Bay.

Very dissatisfied with care provided to my elderly parents. Care Partners seem to be lacking in management department, compatent staff and staffing coordination.
