We love Dr Cranston! She is extremely knowledgeable and we love that any question or concern we have she always has an explanation and suggestion for. Her bedside manner, extra attention to detail and care she takes for all her mini human patients is exceptional. She explains everything and no concern is ever to small. She is thorough and truly cares for her patients. She is soothing, gentle and quick with our youngest baby and always engages in conversation and makes a connection with our oldest. We are so thankful for her and are lucky to have selected such an amazing pediatrician!

Dr. Pagura is great! No problems whatsoever. What is problematic is when she’s away!Because the clinic will ask me to send photos or tell me to wait for a call back from a doctor to give me guidance or answers on my concerns and they never call me back. If your child’s doctor is away/ just go to a walk in cause the clinic isn’t much help otherwise.* side note: Dr. grimes did call me back before and she was also great!

You can tell that the staff are making excuses. No consistency. Different info is provided depending on who you talk to. I was told in order to book an appointment with Dr. Edssel Martinez, I need to talk to him first, which can take up to 24 to 72 hrs. This is just to tell me that he can see my son. I still have to talk to his staff to actually book the appointment and due to his very busy schedule I'm looking next year.

I'm so lucky my children are seeing Dr.Lazar. He is so knowledgeable and he really cares. My kids love seeing him. Always makes me feel better as a parent. Great doctors office and always clean. Receptionist staff is always kind and helpful as well. They always try to get me in as soon as possible. I can always get them on the phone. Great pediatrician office all together!

This review is specifically regarding Dr Matthew Lazar. During the appointment, while I was speaking, he put his hand up to shut me up. I had a valid nutritional question and he dismissed me. Then, he left my appointment to go say hello" and grab a bottle of wine during our appointment. We left

I don't get the reviews here at this clinic. I have never had a single issue for the past 20 years here. All my 6 kids are so happy with Dr. Grimes. Most of them are all grown up now and I have 2 more left. I think I saw all of the doctors here already when Dr. Grimes is away. They are not taking on new patients anymore because they have so many kids & teens in their practice. Believe me I know. All of the doctors are great and especially the 3 front staffs! Phones are hard to get through most of the times but you just need to try 2 or 3 times. Other than that I just want to thank this clinic for the past 20 years of our life.

I had an appointment at 10:00am with Dr Lazar and we’ve seen him at 12:00pm. Waited for two hours. Appointment was booked three months earlier. Crazy place and unmanaged. Stay away from this place!

Dr. Pagura and Dr. Javellana are amazing pediatricians, they look after my kids as if they're their own. They are competent, confident, super friendly, and very disarming. I can't thank them enough for looking after our little ones!

Fantastic doctors! Disappointing reception. Ask to be booked on a Monday but was booked on Wednesday. Not sure how that makes sense...
