Couldn't find a Waterproof wetsuit item but I called Benthic had it with in week ....great service. And actually bumped into owner of this shop in Florida at Blue Grotto in March......

I has a super enjoyable experience selecting my dive equipment with a very experienced sales associate. I look forward to the scuba lessons.I just finish my weekend long scuba course that consisted of book work and pool time. The instructors we're patient, knowledgeable, and motivating. It exceeded my expectations.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Nikky, who suggested an alternate (and upgraded) wetsuit by the same manufacturer on account of the one I wanted being on back-order. I received the item promptly and it exceeded my expectations in terms of fit and utility. I highly recommend Benthic for their amazing service!

My partner and I did the Discover Scuba session, and it was the best money ever spent. We had an opportunity to speak directly with the owner, his wife and son-in-law, who gave us lots of encouragement, shared their experiences and set us at ease. COVID-19 measures in place were excellent, with physical distancing, cleaning sprays, or masks being worn. A short class video/chat, and we were hopping in the shallow end of their built-in pool after being fitted with clean gear. The instructor was very understanding of our concerns, went slow to get us comfortable with the equipment and the water. The whole experience was designed to set us at ease with the gear, breathing underwater and show us some skills. We took a lot of time playing around the water, deep and shallow end, swimming and getting used to breathing. There was never any rush to get us out the door and no pushy sales tactics to sign up for more. I highly recommend trying this for individuals who aren't sure they will like it, or have fears around deep water. It was a truly transformative experience, with some amazing support from experts in the industry. Thank you again team!

I called all over the United States to find the drysuit I wanted, not the one that the business had in stock or thought I would prefer just to make the sale. I eventually called Benthic and was treated with the respect I deserved. My suit was ordered and although there was a wait period due to the world we now live in it was worth the wait. The funny part is 2 days after I ordered my suit 3 places in the US called me back to tell me they can order it. Too late I have a new place to shop and would make a point to visit if I am in the area!! That is how business should be handled -- take care of the customer's needs and listen to what they want.

Thank you to Nikky for the exceptional customer service. I left my order to 2 weeks before I needed it. I emailed asking if my order would arrive by a date, I got a quick reply (to my surprise, as a lot of places I wouldn't hear anything for days or at all). I was informed that 1 of my items is not in stock and wouldn't make it on time but had a replacement item in stock and would ship in time. Thank you again.

Just completed padi reactivate at benthic with Darren and Cyril (hope I have the spelling right). They were the greatest! Very professional and at the same time friendly, made the experience very enjoyable, can't recommend them more. Highly recommend this place

I have a done a few trips with Benthic and did all of my certification with them. Excellent teachers! I felt totally confident right from the start in the ocean! I couldn't recommend these folks more than I do :)
