You have to check for the sizes very carefully as the hangers are not always correct sizing.some good deals esp in shoes that are on 50% off. most stuff is marked for 50% off making most stuff in store around $40-50 price point.decent selection not full fledged but for the discounted price its good enough.Saad helped us finding sizes and prices multiple times during our visit at the store.

One always has to take a grain of salt when reading some reviews, but I agree that this store has a lot of young staff who need to learn some basic customer service skills and being professional when at work. Overall the selection is okay, but because of how popular this outlet store is, you're better off going for selection to other outlets.

Great store with great staff.My only issue is the fact that this was my 4th visit for the same footwear item, which I wasn't able to get exchanged as they didn't get the other sizes delivered to the store... ended up eventually returning the item as the expiry date for the return was around the corner.

One of the Great Outlets Malls to shop around. I find it to be a Great layout with outside walks for some fresh air after being inside a shop for some time. Having some Brands with quite a lot of mixed matches mid-range brands to me it's great, even in wintertime, quite chilly walking outside but I like that atmosphere. Noticed some items here are better priced, maybe the cost of rent and management fee is better, domino effect on the price of items.Layout wise you can also take breaks and enjoy some snacks in between as they have some food shops in certain areas. All in all it's a great shopping place to go for gift ideas.

I went to adidas store at Toronto premium outlets, there's a price tag of $90 on a pair of running shoes, also there was a tag under it's 50%off. However the cashier told us it's different price. He brought the shoes back to the shelf and erase the price tag before getting back to the counter. He told me he can't do anything with the system, and now it's around $279 with 50%off. The manager step in afterwards, she offers $90 for me, but she can agree with 50%off on top of the price. I just found out it's unbelievable. What a dishonest act. Base on that I am fully disappointed with the experience in the shop. I have all evidence on that, it's totally unacceptable.

Great store and promotions. You have to be very careful with sizing though. You'll find an XXL on a S hanger, a S on a M hanger - so on and so forth. We tried to buy a large pair of men's pants and asked the cashier to double check as well but ended up coming home with a S size. Thankfully it's not final sale and can be exchanged but it would have sucked if it was.
