They keep increasing the car insurance every year without telling us any reason! We are thinking to find a new insurance company! When it was State Farm, it was much better!

One of the receptionist have no idea what she is doing. Even though I didn't have enough time to get back from insurance company to me, she ask for all documents, make me spend $33 for no reason, and last she said she can't do anything. And also told me after that particular date, company might reject your application.

Worst customer service! When you try to work with them due to financial issues and being a single mom they give you short notice to pay $400 to keep the insurance instead of paying the bill and NSF. I’ve never had such service in my life. I do not recommend look elsewhere!!!

Really disappointed with my experience. I cancelled my auto insurance half way into the policy - Called to cancel which they did. Now I get a bill for an additional payment of $350 - Common sense or a decent agent would tell you about the charge when cancelling as opposed to have the customer hit with this bill. If they would have told me that, I would not have cancelled the policy and would have let it run out. I cancelled my property insurance through another company and they went over all the details on how much the cancellation would cost me - Be very aware of doing business with them unless you can think of every question to ask (as opposed to relaying on them to assist you).

They were amazing. Charlie was extremely helpful, prompt, and professional. I was able to get insurance on my car quickly and affordable. I was very pleased with the service I received.
