Lots of tea variety,good taste,friendly staff and very satisfied

Huge variety of tea available here. They let you smell all the teas you're interested in and are super patient with you. They had the gaba goyave as their daily tea today and it was delicious with limonade added in it. The tea is free today and tomorrow for Canada's day so go visit them!

The only issue is the English language barrier, or they don't like Ontarioans

Splash is very good in summer. Healthy and tasty. Not like some other sugar garbage drinks that some other famous cofe shops give u.

The 2 stars go for the amazing service I received from Julie! She was very informative and helped me make a great choice on matcha. Apart from that - my experience was not pleasant at all. I waited 15 minutes in line to pay, to get to the cash and get a-lot of attitude by the cashier (redish haired girl with big eyeliner) and once it was time to pay and I pull out cash, she mentions very rudely that they don’t take cash for the last 2 years (how am I supposed to know? I have never been to this davids tea…). I unfortunately didn’t have my cards with me so I left. I won’t be a customer there ever, I will order online instead after the very rude service I got from her. I would have came back as a customer if the service by that girl wasn’t so rude!

I love the selection of accessories and teas, although I do wish they used more natural ingredients and less flavourings. It's also hard to find vegan teas. I had to read the ingredients on the backs of the tins and boxes. I was surprised to see how many contain butter! A little V" symbol would really help.The staff was very nice.The products were a bit on the pricey side

Big scammers. I bought something for 26,78$ at the store and they told me there was no further promotion. When I got home and checked their website, I found the same product for 16$. Plus they have very poor customer service at the store!

DON’T ORDER ONLINE! It’s a horrible experience. They promised to deliver the order within a few working days, but the order has not even been sent yet, although it has already been half a month! The support service does not work, it is not possible to get through, there is a bot on the site that cannot help in any way. it is also impossible to cancel the order. I was shocked when I read reviews from other buyers on Google. it looks like a scam

David's tea's time has passed. They don't accept cash so if my money isnt good enough for them then they certainly arentGood enough for me. No wonder they're all closing down...good riddance.
