Beer Store 4156

Open until 11 friday and saturday!!! One beer store should be open until 11 pm everyday of the week in each big city. Would be much better than going to wal mart after 9 pm.

First time since the lockdown taking empties back. Stepped in the door and lady at the cash glared at me and said “Ma’m you need to step outside and wait until the customer leaves. “.She said it very loudly and made me feel very bad. A nice young man came out and told me I could come in. During these trying times I think staff should treat customers a little better. There was no sign outside saying I had to wait outside!!!

Unfortunately the female individual that was accepting the empties has a major attitude problem not only towards myself but the Asian gentleman in front of me in the line and even people before him. This was completely unacceptable and a disgusting example of customer service. She was completely unprofessional and because of that I definitely will not be returning and taking my business elsewhere. I will be contacting corporate. this was downright a miserable experience for everybody she dealt with. This needs to be looked into.

I visit the Beer store on Bleams road every week and everytime I walk in the store I feel very comfortable with knowing that the staff are ready to serve you with whatever you may need. This past week on my usual Thursday morning visit I had a surprise when I parked my car and was in the process of opening my rear tailgate and a 24 case of beer emptied fell into the parking lot. Half the case was lost and the results in the parking area was a mess. As I was trying to start to pick it all up an employee witnessed or heard the crash. The employee was instantly out with the broom/ dustpan / container for the broken glass. She kept me calm about what had taken place. It was so appreciated to have that kind of caring and understanding. At this location I must say the employees are very professional and super friendly. It really makes me feel that the team deserve to be acknowledged for the job they performThey are very friendly / caring for the customer / supportive of each other for whatever issue that may arise. Large parking lot and drive thru. Friendly staff. Shares a parking lot with a Tim's.

The staff at this location are always so friendly. Yay!

Great Store. They were very busy the day I was in, like crazy busy.The stock on things were low, but they were trying to fill the shelves.Lots of staff working. They were able to find my beer in the back part of the store. The new paint job they got looks good as well.

I go here all the time. Drive thru very convenient. Staff is friendly. The 11 o'clock closing time is awesome especially since I work late.However, Budweiser tall cans seem to be a high commodity and they run out all the time. Lol other than that great place

I have never been faced with rude, disrespectful and unprofessional customer service in any place accept this beer store location, the short hair women very rudely asked me to go and wait outside today, I was so upset and made, and left the store without purchasing, and I will never go back there, this person need to be trained how to talk and deal with customer, I believe most complain is about her, this place should review feedback about what is going on in the store.
