I took Tommi's course a year ago. With her guidance and support I finally got out of my comfort zone, meaning staying home and working in my garden, to joining a senior's day center where they offer many activities, including pickleball games three times a week with some coaching. The people there were welcoming and encouraging from day one. I have now signed up for another year's membership as I enjoy it so much! I'm very grateful to Tommi for her support and encouragement in helping me move beyond my comfort zone and be more active within my community. Tommi gave me a plan of action to help me move forward, to be more active in my life, to go out and meet people. I now look forward every week to going out and playing pickleball with my new found friends. Being more active has also been good for my mental health as well. I am very grateful to Tommi for nudging me forward!
