New front desk woman lied right to my face about previous service that had been performed in their garage. I didn't have the past receipt on me at the time but upon checking it, they had in fact touched my a/c. This woman said they hadn't serviced it last time at all.

Amazing place! Squeezed me in for a last minute tire repair on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend! I will definitely be going back! Such a friendly and helpful business!!!

I went here off a recommendation of a friend and im glad i did. They were extremely professional and were able to get me in for a major repair really quickly and even solved a different problem my normal shop missed. Will for sure be returning for their help!

Great experience at this establishment. The young man who changed my oil was very professional and showed a caring compassion that is lacking at most places. The operations manager Kent was over the top outstanding.

OK, I have taken my car to so many places the last couple yrs and if a problem I would go to a mechanic shop. After it was fixed, or so they say something else would go wrong. Never their fault.I needed an oil change and decided to try napa autopro. I am so impressed with how friendly they were, when they had a problem getting the oil plug out they rescheduled and gave me 10.00 off. Next appt was cancelled so they offered me an additional 10% off.I cannot tell you how wonderful and professional they are. Will def go back.

The front lady was so nice and knowledgeable and battery was checked and cleaned and windows washed so very happy with services

Reasonable pricing for an inspection, however I’m a bit frustrated. If you notice a part needing replacing, then the next time I bring it in, the part should be replaced. Not looked at again. I’m a little frustrated as they knew I needed a valve replaced after the initial inspection, and instead of replacing it when I brought my car back in a second time, they ‘diagnosed’ it and charged me double the amount of the first inspection. Unimpressed.

Just awfulI originally posted a full 5 star review just because of the way the front desk lady originally treated me, i believe it was Laura, she really helped put us all at ease, and this review has nothing to do with her if she is there still.This is now a 1 star, and there will be no repeat services here, as the new desk lady was unprofessional, and straight up awful. Completely dishonest and unwilling to communicate properly. All while bashing other staff members.We spent over 6500$, in repairs...in the past.When you bring a vehicle in for an issue and your business finds the problem, but charge for just some quick fix, but, not fix the problem, just to book and give a quote for the problem for a later date....Kind of defeats the purpose of the entire visit.... my ac unit was leaking, however they still charged me to recharge it, but not fix it? It's leaking...The reason given, was that it needed to be full in order to find the issue.It was also a possibility of a faulty issue from an insurance claim, and this woman was on the defensive immediately without any provoking..I will definitely be sending an adjuster from the insurance company to investigate the original repair as this was so poorly handled in relation to the customer service.Its just straight up capitalism and theft...I understand businesses need money, but to go about it in such a horrible way, is not ok.Call, give the quote, then ask to move forward in that repair- not tactically call, acting as if we are already on some strange defensive stance. Then turn around and say she isn't approved to give a quote unless the manager approves it?I can not even wrap my head around this....what kind of business is this?Have a conversation about what's going on, and provide the service....Just wowYou will lose so many costumers if this continues with your front desk staff, I have never in all my 40 years of living ever dealt with something so dramatic in a mechanic shop.When my partner went in to pick up the vehicle, she lied and said that NAPA never worked or touched my AC unit...My AC Compressor was destroyed in an accident....Really?

1st time in Napa Autopro, don't think it will be the last. Their synthetic oil change special is pretty good and it was a quite fast service! Will be back again for that for sure.

Wonderful place. Managed to fit us in at short notice & gave us an honest assessment of the problem. Very friendly & helpful staff. Highly recommend.
