I am a regular customer at this store, ever since the first day it opened! I LOVE this store for their products, expertise and great customer service!! The products are a bit expensive, but they last and are good quality and an excellent variety to choose from. Finding good staff is always a challenge, especially with Covid, where so many don't want to work! Sean/Shawn is the best in this business. Very knowledgeable, very polite, very helpful and he has a great sense of humour! He really does an excellent job representing this store! He is always willing to come up with great ideas for my quirky wildlife that doesn't always follow the rules...lol.

Charming charming charming. Not only seeds for our feathered friends but excellent little gift ideas. Friendly helpful staff. We MUST support wildness even if in an urban setting in small ways for small creatures. The loss of more Greenbelt areas puts great strain on critters. Eventually they will be no more. How terrible not to hear birdsong anymore

Great birding business. Knowledgeable, friendly staff.Great selection with fair pricing.The only critique I would say is the owners need to fix the front entrance. It has been under renovation for quite a few months.

I went in with my 3 year old daughter for the first time today and we were in the store for 3 minutes before one of the employees started throwing up outside the front door... As someone who is still concerned with Covid, this was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and we rushed to my car to quickly sanitize our hands and get the heck out of there. This was not a great first experience at all...

Drove down from Peterborough in search of monoculars. Lad working there had no advice to offer on what might be best for birdwatching, nor could he answer any product questions, nor did he seem to have any interest in helping me. I finally found a model I liked through trial and error and approached the counter to buy it. I then asked as an aside if I could use a washroom (it was along drive home to Peterborough). No, there was none I could use. I left the monocular there and headed home where I ordered the same model from Amazon. Too bad. I would have liked to support a local store.
