Bad location. Nobody wants the hassle of dealing with downtown parking just to get their nails/lashes done. Better location needed.Storefront still has old business’s sign in front. Almost like they aren’t planning to stay. Hard to find.

This was my first time at the studio and I can’t wait to go back!!!Mackenzie is my new best friend hahahaMy lashes are incredible - the service was so awesome - the salon is beautiful warm and welcoming - and in a perfetcly accessible location.If you’re considering lashes - or any service that they offer - take the leap - treat yourself. You deserve it.

Mackenzie is an amazing lash artist and an incredible educator who takes the time to make sure you are understanding the materials while working with you. She explains topics in easy to understand language and is so comfortable to be around.I highly recommend Grace & Glow for your lash needs. If you're looking to enter the industry, Grace & Glow is an incredible place to start.

A very clean and well maintained space. I would be happy to check out more services here. When I went, there was only one person working and I got my services done with her. I am excited to see what else they have to offer with other providers as well. I think it is a great addition to downtown. I will be back!

I am an elderly lady who just wanted to look beautiful in my old age and Mahmuda at Grace and Glow did that for me! I have had my lashes done by Mahmuda several times now and have nothing but great things to say. She is very kind, friendly and very very good at her job. I had questions after my appointment and she was very prompt to respond and gave me great information on brushing them etc. I will continue to book with her!

Spent hundreds on lashes and brows, only to have lashes fall out a couple days after appointment and every day after. Even with strictly following lash shampoo instructions. Brows were merely brushed with solution no shaping or waxing, after pic looked worse than before pic. Friend had brows waxed and literally skin peeled off and left a scar. Messaged about issues and left with no solution, poor customer service and would not recommend.

I recently enrolled in the classic lash artistry course and absolutely loved it! Mackenzie is so knowledgable and friendly, I had so much fun learning all of the anatomy and techniques! I strongly recommend enrolling in a class with her to kickstart your new business!

I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences dealing with the Grace & Glow team. Most affordable place around for incredible work. Super cute and cozy North End building (haven’t been to the downtown one) and super cool staff. I must give props to Jaclyn! She is a senior lash artist who has accommodated me in needing to reschedule and even offered to knock off the extra price when I had to book in with the owner, Mackenzie, who charges a little extra for her services. I told Jaclyn that I had no problem paying the little bit extra (I’ve had a lift and tint done my Mackenzie before and I know she is great), but she insisted I would pay the lower price even if it meant she had to pay the difference herself :). Incredible service, prices, and work….. 10/10 all around, would recommend. Keep up the good work ladies!
