Social Security Administration

My sister has a disability and we both have been calling since March of 2022. After waiting for 30 plus minutes we talk to someone for 5-10 minutes and then get hung up on. Then when we request to be seen in person we are turned away. Whose in charge of SSI employees? Why are the employees not being held accountable? They treat intellectual disabled person’s like there not a person. At the end of the day no one cares and I have to pay out of pocket to hire an attorney to help with SSI and other government agency.

Arrived at 11:45 on a Monday. Rushed back outside the door rather rudely because they were over capacity without anyone outside of the door to warn you. Then we were told it would be a 15 min wait. Shortly after that, another guard came out saying it would be 1.5 to 2 hours and we'd be better off leaving. Go go gadget government. Thanks for nothin!

most helpful individual called Justin Fighter and alleviated the info in a calm demeanor and agree addressed all my concerns with a high quality involving manner that relieved my anxiety. such great work ethic to make a great inviting environment. If that hasn't already got him a raise I believe another raise should be in order. stay blessed my good man!!!!

What can I say about This amazing place it’s honestly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.Ly and the staff there should get awards for doing there jobs with such professionalism they go above and beyond to help the people coming in my name is Jessica and I have been having to go to this place since last year and I can tell u it has not been easy at all and I’m doing the best I can to make sure my child is given everything he needs and I can honestly say that the staff here truly do care and try to listen to ur concerns and even the security guards are amazing they do a very good job of making sure that every one is safe much respect to them as well but I’d like to allso mention Kathy who was truly an angel and I believe her name is Patricia and the lovely lady who helped me today at counter 5 they all deserve such recognition for there work and the fact that they have gone above and beyond to help customers including my self I fill like they probably have to go thru a lot dealing with so many people but the experience I’ve had is by far the best I’ve had in years and I’m truley grateful for there willingness to help me with any questions I had I’m just rely amazed and I hope the manger are who ever runs this place r knows how great her staff is and she clearly is doing something right because the experience every time is amazing of course u have to wait but the staff at this location are more then willing to do there jobs I hope they know how much I appreciate the experiences I have had so far and I thank them for being kind and passionate about there work

I sat on hold for over two hours just to be told to visit the website and have them hang up on me. It is impossible to set up appointments on the website, and is impossible to get ahold of a representative via phone. I visited the office a few weeks back to get a new social security card and there was only one person accessing the computers. She was new and helpful but a group of four employees stood behind her overseeing what she was doing rather than helping other people in the waiting room. The state and system need to do better especially due to their work quality affecting peoples financial status.

Very nice security gentlemen. But that's as far as good goes. 2nd time I have been here. Both times the agents that are supposed to help act as if you are wasting their time. I came home spent 45 minutes on hold with national ssi office. Not only was this agent helpful helpful he explained why everything I was told at the localoffice was wrong and could have cost me my benefits.I will spend time on hold rather than go back to this place.If you leave with questions call the national office and confirm

We understand that this place can be so busy and people getting uptight with the service. My wife and I went there today and the problem was addressed within 10 minutes and out we went. My wife had something in her purse that they don't allow in the office so I had to run back out to the vehicle with it but no big deal. All marshalls we encountered were polite and respectful doing their job. The gentleman behind the counter that helped us was great. I don't always expect a wonderful time at a venue like this but felt they needed to be acknowledged for the service today and professionalism.

Very pleasant experiences. No appointment needed(unlike others who complained), but for serious issue, it will recommended.The security officer was bit strict but understanding this is government facility, the level of security tension is very reasonable. Have no idea why all other reviews are so negative.Mask are needed at the room but no issue when take elevator. There is backup masks for someone who forget, but always bring yours.Advice: prepare your paperwork accordingly and advanced manner. Majority of instructions are well informed at the ssa website, please utilizing those

They don’t actually help you if you need financial aid, food stamps, or Any help with abusive relationships. They could care less if you’re fighting for your rights, constitution or anything else. Doesn’t seem like they care about corruption just if you’re a democrat or republican which is discrimination. I feel bad for anyone living in this state.
