I have left my car in this shop for almost a year and a half and there is always something else to do to it and it is exaggeratedly expensive. Additionally, I just checked the prices of the parts they just replaced and they all have an extra charge between 50% and 100%. It is completely unfair that they take advantage of the trust and ignorance of the customers. I really feel my trust has been shaken.

Oil change was fine and about average cost. The service was quick and easy to book.However, I wouldn't trust their quotes for work that really needs to be done". I was quoted $1400 worth of work. Over half of which isn't required.Also...as an annoyance:They work very messy - my windshield and steering wheel had to be wiped down to get rid of grease.My seat was also massively adjusted which seems incredibly unnecessary to drive the car about 10m."

Excellent experience on the first visit. I needed my tires switched in very short notice and Harsh made it sure he accommodated my request even by extending their work hours. With it’s convenient location right on Cannon St, definitely one of the recommendations shops

I recently returned from there, and I must say the service was extremely professional and excellent! I initially planned to switch to my winter tires, but unfortunately, my seasonal tires were covered in slush. Consequently, I decided to bring a second-hand tire instead. The staff provided me with valuable advice, explaining that using a second-hand tire from a different brand with a distinct tread pattern could potentially cause damage to my car's axle over time. They strongly recommended finding a used tire of the same brand as a suitable alternative. Very helpful, professional and useful advise! Will definitely choose them as my regularly maintenance service provider!

The staff here helped me out in a big way. A Sunday afternoon and I had a flat beyond repair tire. Other big box competitors had already let me down. I had a new tire mounted on a new rim within 15 minutes. The staff were respectful and extremely pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this location and am grateful for the service I received.

Excellent customer service on a Sunday, when most other mechanic shops are closed. Promptly snoop checked a slow leaking tire. Couldn't locate leak location, albeit inspection was thoroughly done by 3 indviduals working at the shop. They added air to tire, and asked me to return after few days to recheck pressure. Shop refused to take money for the 20 mins service they performed. I respect their honesty as they didn't perform an unnecessary repair.

The best and the fastest service i have ever had for my seasonal tire swap. They are reasonable and give proper guidance for car maintenance. I would like to thank Mr. Harry and Mr. Dave for their friendly approach and genuine advice. This would be my permanent place for car service.

I brought my tire in for a patch. They said the hole was too big to repair. I took my car to Gilbert’s to get a used tire. They checked my tire and found that the screw only went through the tread, the tire is totally fine and not losing any air. I think they tried to rip me off.Edit: They replied that the hole was in my tire sidewall, but it’s on the crown of the tire. (See photo.) I’ve also put over 400kms on the tire, without a patch, since the incident. The air pressure sensor hasn’t gone off. Active Green & Ross told me my tire was losing air once they took the screw out, but didn’t even bother to test if it was. This is a dishonest garage.Saturday June 10th, 1pm appointment under my husband’s name.

I used this facility as I was able to make an appointment for the next day. They took my car in at the exact scheduled time, and completed my tire installation onto my new rims, then changed out my winters and installed the summers on my car, all with-in an hour. Thank you, nice job...Only addition to this review would be... as my car was clean and silver, it may be worth going around and wiping off the hand and finger prints after the job is complete...just an observation.
