Edit: I had an issue (as described below) and the area manager helped me resolve the situation quickly. Owners cannot alter the price locally so any price discrepancies must be handled by the corporate office.The truck I wanted was double booked and was charged extra for the larger truck I had to rent. Uhaul has bad inventory tracking and it's not the store owners fault. It's a mess to get a refund of things I did not want.

Initially it took a bit more time to set the rental contract at the store before I could hit the road, so be ready for that. My vehicle was a brand new GMC, spacious and reliable, everything worked nice and smooth. At the end, I was incorrectly charged for miles instead of kilometers, but we sorted it out amazingly fast, so based on my experience, I can recommend this place!

The owner and his way of handling customer service is the downfall of this locataion.Long story short, I was doubled charged for an item and was never refunded, the owner referred me to UHaul customer service instead of taking care of it himself. Guess what, UHaul doesn't even answer my call, what a scam.Don't bother with this guy, he should have consequences for not providing good customer service.

Do not rent from here. I made a reservation with warranty and no warranty was given on my rental. No walk around was done before the trip and damages to the roof that was not used in the move was charged to my credit card automatically before it could be disputed. U-Haul is allowing this scam artist to prey on inexperienced renters. Completely disgusting

I will file a complaint to Uhaul. I just rented a van from this guy, went to Costco and bought 2 brand new mattress, no other usages. I fueled the van and make sure it is returned with its condition when I took it. When I returned it, the first thing this guy did was chuck a floor brush literally in front of me and said there is something in the van you have to clean it". But there is NOTHING in the van

Don’t rent here this guy is so weird and absolutely a scamWill be accusing you of scratches and damagesWhich you would have not done it and will be saying something in Chinese language

We had a great experience renting U-Haul from this location. He was very friendly and helpful. My cousin even lost his wallet in the van and we got it back from him after a few days when it was found in the van later.

Be very careful and check the rental vehicle before you drive off and take pictures of everything. I was charged a cleaning fee when it was a mess before I took the vehicle. I made a mistake by not taking pictures of it. I would not rent from here again as they don’t walk around or check the vehicle with you before you take it. It seems primed for false charges like what happened to me as they have a very lacklustre approach. They would not reimburse me the cleaning fee. Document everything before and after.

I just rent a van from this U-Haul dealership this afternoon. The dealership claim me damage the van even they do an inspection before and after the rental progress. How ridiculous it Is!! The van just park in road side and no one or any surveillacne system watch it. It could be anyone but me to damage the van. Beside there is a women who serve me when I rent the van and return it back to the store, but it end up a man who said I damage the van. I didn’t see that guy at all and he is not there when I return the van and having an inspection at the end. I will take my legal action to protect my reputation and I won’t suffer these ridiculous happen!

Trust me, if I can give 0 or less I would. Worst person I have ever seen! Almost got me in “jail” by renting a car from here.I rented a car today to ikea buying some new and packed furnitures. When I return the cargo two hours later, the owner insists we have messed the cargo area(literally two pieces of dry grass). We explained it can’t be us, we just used it to carry a brand new furniture from ikea, and it’s all packed for sure. He said “sure sure don’t clean it then” in a very rude way, I would think that’s a threatening. We followed him and telling him that’s nonsense, I will refuse to pay any extra for this reason. He said we can call U-haul which we did, while we were waiting for the phone transferring, he said he won’t like us to staying in his store, and then called the police!! Sure, that’s exactly the way how customer service work, and we were kicked out from the store and finished our phone call outside. I hope I won’t see this store on any business list anymore, it’s really really the least respectful person I have seen in my life.Funnier thing at the end, after we had been kicked off from the store, the police called back:She(police) asked: why did you call, sir?He answered: there were two guys refusing to leave my store.She said: are they physically hurting anyone?He said: no.She said: are you ok? Any one got hurt?He said: no.She asked: why did you want them to leave? Did they do anything?He said: hmmm, ehhhhhh. Hmm ehhhh..... (I bet it’s very hard to find an excuse for using police to kick out customers who are making a complaint about there service.
