My worst New York Fries Experience...After an extensive wait to be served by a not welcoming employee, I went ahead anyways and ordered a regular fries the late Tuesday evening on 10th January. The kid serving me was taste testing from the fry bucket as he scooped up my order. How disgusting is that? The cherry on top was not receiving the ketchup and cajun I requested for. Why have a great product like Fries ruined by an awful employee. Better recruitment processes need to be put in place.

If i could give no stars i would. Really bad customer service. The guy at the counter didnt even say anything to us just stood there while we placed our order and then he went on his phone. Our food had barely any cheese and gravy. It was horrible. There was no manager we could talk to. As we sat and ate he stood on his phone texting the entire time. Very disapointed will not get from this new york fries again.

They have cut back on ingredients. Not good value or quality. This place used to be very good but they have raised their prices, and cut down on the cheese and fresh vegetables they give you to save costs. Not good, won't be going back anytime soon. Thank you

NYF was always my favourite for fries and gravy. Hadn’t bought since before Covid. Quality has dropped big time. They used to have the best tasting gravy and now it’s just gravy without the flavour. Bought a reg. Poutine and threw more than half of it out as it was that poor. If you lack taste buds then sure it’ll do the job and fill you up. If you enjoy the taste and flavours when you eat them this is a hard skip.

Had dinner with family here. Fries and dogs were as good as always. Tried a pulled pork poutine - it was just okay. Spent $30 on 3 dogs, large fries and pulled pork poutine, along with a medium soft drink and bottle of juice. Seemed a little expensive. Still enjoyed it though! Lots of room for the kids to run around after being stuck on the road for a few hours. Lots of food options as well. And nicely situated just off the highway.
