Great daycare facility family orientated with amazing staff :)

Wonderful daycare, amazing staff never could wish for a better happier place for my son .

They don't change baby's diaper. On my baby's first day, when we picked up our baby, her diaper was soaked like a swimming diaper and the inner pants were wet. The staff was saying they changed it after nap, but no, it cannot be in just 3 hours and that doesn't make sense. Diaper changing is the basic of basics and I don't know what the staffs are doing the whole time. I was not comfortable sending my child the next day and I called the vice director and she was mentioning about refund and told me to find another daycare even though I didn't mention about leaving this daycare or something(I was going to send the following day). I guess it is their policy that if parent talks something, they just kick you out. Because it is easy to find another person from their waiting list and don't care about just one child. The daycare doesn't know how to solve the problem. Please avoid this daycare.

Wonderful daycare with a loving staff. Owners are very present. Very low staff turnover. Both my kids are clearly happy going there which is the ultimate guide for a parent.

Close to my house and great staff. Really helped my son transition well :)
