I recently had a great experience at this test centre.When I needed help, the call button in front of me was a smart idea, and the personnel was always willing to assist. It was crucial throughout the epidemic that the test-taking process was hassle-free and comfortable, therefore they went above and beyond to make sure of this.The water bottles that were placed next to the exam entrance door were really considerate and made me feel loved.A stress-free experience was made possible by the comfy chairs and quiet surroundings. Whoever is looking for a fantastic test-taking experience should definitely check out this test centre.

I would like to share my CELPIP experience in this center, and I don't know what your experiences are like, but let me share a short story. I work in Canada in the Medical field, before Canada I was working in UK London for 1.5 years obviously, working in the medical field without English, moreover high level of English with all medical terminology in Englis is not possible because you need to explain to the patient the problem and the methods of treatment and for this you need a very high level of English.In addition, I needed my CELPIP exam for my documents, and guess what, I decided to take my CELPIP EXAM IN THIS LOCATION, but Now after 3 times I this I did the wrong decision, I definitely this location are just money makers because is impossible to not be able to pass on necessary score 4 times in the same department for 1 point. All 3 times I was not able to achieve 1 point, nevertheless, when speaking I got 11 all the time. Eventually, was strange and I took a course of 10 lessons with one of the CELPIP examiners, but the examiner who needed to have nice clear English had a horrible accent I barely understood her at one point, some British words she even did not have any idea what it meant. You will have to make a decision, to choose this center or not. I think they create these tests, especially so the students will repeat them again and again. This is why they usually have the worse tests. Money makers.

I recently took my test at this test center and was very impressed with their services. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they provided clear instructions that made me feel at ease. The test center was neat and tidy, which was great to see. The soundproof environment allowed me to concentrate without any distractions, which was a major factor in my success. Additionally, the free underground parking was a great perk, making it easy for me to access the center. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this test center to others.

Why * review to know please continue reading...Exam room atmosphere: The worst exam center I have ever saw in any language test centers so far including Canada or overseas. Furthermore, a small tiny room was full of 26 test candidates (doubled its capacity)with very conjusted seating arrangement has arranged.Nonetheless, after first hour of the test, the room became such noisy chaos like an overcrowded fish market, you hardly can concentrate on your test. That's exactly what happened in my reading and writing module time as many people has finished their test by the time I was writing. My speaking went peacefully with less distraction I would say.I totally understand the nature of the CELPIP Test, however, it doesn't mean the test center will pour in as many test takers in one small room which is more than its capacity. 10-15 people seating would be ideal to maintain the decorum of the test room but not by doubling the number just to make more money from one test session?Finding the location- A little bit of challenging but it's not a big deal.Customer service: Not great but okay as employees were non-native so little bit of accent dilemma was involved.Based on the aforementioned, I highly do not recommend to test takers to choose this center as your test center if your immigration is on stake. I couldn't find a honest review about these facts which led me to choose this center.I would like to suggest the management of CELPIP to restrict the number of seats in a test room for the test centers and make realistic balance which could allow the candidates to take the test based on CELPIP's standardized way not by the test centers way.I genuinely believe this will help other test takers to choose this center before booking their next test.All the best for your next test!

I had the best experience one can have for an exam during COVID-19. The staffs made every effort to provide a convenient and hassle-free environment for the test takers. They also provided a small station of water bottles next to the exam entrance door which I could quickly ask, go and refresh during the test, so thoughtful of them. The washroom is also within 5 seconds distance of the test center located on the same floor. Great overall experience!

I took a Celpip test in this center. The test room was half full which helps in better concentration especially in the speaking part. location is easily accessible and staffs are friendly.
