The care that me and my family have received in the short time since we have been seen at Peel Medical centre is exceptional! The facility is clean and well organized. Dr Ali Rasheed is an excellent physician, he is fast and efficient, sent us for diagnostic tests and informed us about results quickly.In the past 17 years we were with our previous family doctor we did not receive this level of efficiency and care. Thank you Dr. Rasheed for your care and professionalism. You and your team, reception staff and pharmacy team have made a huge difference in our lives.

I went to this medical clinic this morning and it was the best one I have ever been too. Very clean, staff was amazing, Dr was amazing, and I wasn’t waiting for very long. The staff is very organized

I arrived at 9:05 am Saturday am. I dint mind the facility but would have liked to be told be more then 2 hrs to be seen. The place looks new and staff where polite.Was a total of 3 hrs there from time I arrived till I left

Dr. Ali Rasheed and the front staff receptionists are very nice in the location. Each time I go there, I have been treated with compassion and care and the doctor follows up on a timely basis. I have been really impressed in terms of service provided by this clinic. I first visited there in August 2022 when all the other clinics were busy and were not taking walk ins after I injured my foot. When I called them, they told me to come in right away and I did not had to wait long to get my turn. Recently I had to go over there again for another health issue and the doctor was once again very nice and made sure I got my ultrasound appointment inside a week. The doctor followed up very quickly once the results came back and explained nicely.They are always willing to accept new patients and I have added my name on the waiting list because I am confident I will be well taken care of each time I visit there. Thank you team at Peel Medical Centre, continue to keep doing what you are. You guys are awesome !!

Dr. Ali Rasheed is a very competent doctor and I had my problem solved really easily. The medications were very helpful and didn’t show any significant side effects.Also, the staff members are very polite and helpful, especially Bhakti Gajjar. She’s very nice to the patients.So my overall experience at this clinic was excellent.

Just know wait time will be long. Especially if you don’t visit early in the morning. Been waiting over 2hrs yet to see the Doctor. Even if you have an appointment you will still be made to wait. Doctor and staff are pleasant but having only 1 Doctor available for the clinic will result in long wait times. What’s more frustrating is waiting over 2hrs to only see the Doctor for less than 5 minutes.

Dr. Ali is really good.He listened to me with patience, not even prescribed medicine right way & trying to find out the problem from root,right way did the bllood work. I am satisfied with the treatment.only request I will say that clinic time should be increased instead of 9 to 5 if it is a little late, like 9 to 7 .that will be great.

I selected them as my family doctor. DrAli Rasheed is really experienced, humble and professional in his duties. The staff here specially the receptionist Donna is really friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again

I went to this clinic a couple of times last week as a walk in patient for me and my 18 months old daughter. I must say that Dr Ali is really an amazing doctor and diagnose illness simply by asking few questions. He is good with kids too. Nice people at the reception counter. Ofcourse wait time is too long so I first went there to book an appointment as they denied to book an appointment over the phone and then I came back again at the time of appointment as I live near by. Strongly recommend this doctor's office.He is really good.
