Why it has to be so expensive?? plus the skyrocketing maintenance fee.. its out of reach of most of people who actually work in the province, only investors can buy and rent it out, who is going to do something about it?

All season great view, great atmosphere. The building is great. Well planned community. The environment is amazing. Short distance to park and mall. Close proximity to the Skytrain station
