Absolutely WONDERFUL staff. So helpful and kind, and the manager (Rebecca i believe?) is just the most lovely woman.

Just got my hair cut and color done and really pleased by how professional they are. Amanda is amazing. She has so much patience and love for her craft. I am just loving my hair. Definitely going for my next to her.

They were able to squeeze my bridesmaid and myself in at the last minute. Meg and Kay did such an amazing job on our hair and we had such a fun time with them.

I went in for a full head of highlights and a cut, wanted an warm, lighter ombré. Spent 220 dollars and was in there from 12-5 and this is what I walked out with. When I realized how bad it was I called and they arranged an appointment with me to fix it for free(obviously) I had to reschedule the hair appointment to the next day due to a family emergency and when I showed up to the salon, they let me know I waited to long to fix it and if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay out of pocket. The manager was in the salon and didn’t come out to talk to me herself. I’m disgusted.

AVOID THIS PLACE. My partner got a half finished 100$ haircut and style thats shes to ashamed to post a picture of. She also asked the stylist if she was finished and the stylist replied “Thats about all i can do sorry” LIKE WHAT! Really disappointed

Dale is the best. I love this crew and they take great care of their customers. The new barber addition at the back is also very cool! I’ve been a client for years and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. ❤️

Great, friendly atmosphere. I think they overcharged some on our last visit for a bit of bleaching on 1/4 of my son's hair, but usually fair pricing.

STAY AWAY!!!I recently went into The Head Shoppe at the Mic Mac Mall asking for an appointment for a root touch up and foils. I also requested that the appointment be with someone who could help me style my naturally wavy/curly hair properly. The next day, my stylist showed me swatches of hair colour, at which time I told her that I wanted my hair much lighter blonde than those swatches. She mixed the colour and proceeded to put foils in and then the root touch up and all over colour. My appointment started a little after 1 pm and I was there until they closed, with other people checking my colour (which should have been a red flag). When the foils came out, she asked how I wanted my hair styled, so I told her (again) that I wanted my waves/curls styled. She asked me if I liked the colour while she was drying my hair and I told her that it was NOT what I had asked for at all. Again, another girl came over and suggested she completely dry it so the colour would be lighter. My stylist finished my style" (and I use that term loosely)

The head shopp was my very first hair salon that i went . Marvellous job done by Mae. She is an angel. Gave me what i wanted. I was so nervous but I trusted the process and left the salon super impressed and happy . The entire staff was super friendly. Love the ambiance.. will definitely go there again. Can’t thank Mae enough (Tekara) . She understood the assignment….. thanks again:)
