Really good experience with the staff, the room and the rates. Went during the off season, loved the two bedroom/two bath unit with balcony views of the hill and pool.

Great resort. Wish the pool was bigger, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable can feel the springs. Check in was fast and simple. Would of got 5 stars, except for the above issues.

Nice spacious room, with kitchenette and utensils. Very friendly personnel. Very nice view of the Rockies with the Fisher Peack. The drawback is that the wifi signal is very weak on the 3rd floor. Had to go in the lobby to be able to surf the internet and make wifi calls and meetings.

Wonderful stay in a very comfortable clean room with all the amenities for cooking your little meals in the summer time. The restaurant is only open during the summer for 4 evenings and so no breakfast is available. Well appointed utensils, great Wi-Fi and tv. Close to walking trails. The Pool temperature was warm and the hot tub was certainly hot. I would definitely recommend a stay to anyone seeking peaceful , beautiful outdoor surroundings.

I stayed here in the fall for a week long conference. Great staff, underground parking was included, the rooms were huge, fireplace, balcony, couch and full kitchen with dishwasher. The bed was hard as a rock, but otherwise it was well maintained. I dont care about decor, I was just happy it was clean!

Nice clean room, friendly staff. Had a light bulb needing replacing, took care of it quickly. Secured underground parking is great.

A good hotel right on the hill, was up for a convention and it was great to be right there at the convention centre. Good clean place, friendly staff. The room is a little dated, and lighting is not the best but I'm not here to spend all day in the room - beds were comfortable and in the end that's what really matters to me after a busy day.I enjoyed the pool and hot tub, nice clean and good temps, I just wished they had better hours 9 am to 9pm was hard for me to get to during short breaks. Maybe it's the time of year?

Great spot, including attached restaurant, at the base of the ski hill. Pool, hot tub, fitness center, conference rooms, etc.

The location was great and the hotel was very affordable. I am normally very easily pleased with hotels, but unfortunately the service we received this week definitely tainted our stay. We were given the wifi password when we checked in, and tried to log onto it when we got to our room. It wasn’t working. We tried again the next morning and wifi still wasn’t working. I needed to get work done, so definitely needed working wifi. I called the front desk to ask if I had the wrong password or anything, and she said very bluntly “The wifi is working”. So I replied with “it doesn’t seem to be working in our room 301, is it possible the wifi is down or we have the wrong password?”. The front desk staff responded “The wifi is working, it must be only in your room. It is working though, thanks bye”. No apologies for the service they claimed to provide not working. If she had responded “I am sorry to hear it’s not working in your room, I know it is working here in the lobby if you want to come get your work done down here, or I can see if another room is available that has working wifi… etc” I would have been totally ok, but she was very blunt and rude about me asking about something not working that they claim they provide their guests. We ended up using all our phone plan data for the month during our stay instead.
