We had this company pour a garage foundation and two pads for deck stairs at our home in Calahoo. The guy who books this job does not appear to do any work rather delegates it to not a crew but one individual. This fellow is his brother and the attention to detail is lacking! For the foundation he did not put enough supports all the way around for the footings and as such when the concrete was poured two large sections blew out from the weight. This looks terrible not too mention how the garage walls line up to the foundation. There is more negatives to report on the slope of the pad and how we had to have the carpenters constructing the garage use 3/8 strapping on the front wall as the perimeter walls were out of level! Now the stairs pads, terrible job! I told this brother and two others from a sub contractor they hired to excavate the spot for the pads and they were still off by a long shot! Look at my photos, would you hire them? Oh one last thing, I did contact these people to at least fix the stair pads as you pretty well can't do anything with the garage pad. One reply in the beginning and that was it.
