Also I have found the service department to be excellent as well. It’s so easy to call and book appointments and they do an excellent job detailing and keeping my car looking brand new! The shuttle service is super convenient too. I highly recommend Joe Meloche Ford!

If you enjoy poor customer service, being given the runaround and avoiding issues, then this is the dealership for you. I was mailed a recall notice 8 months ago. Brought my car in to be told can’t fix it and to come back. 3 appts later at beginning of June they said we will call you when we can get you in. Called me 6 months later. Jan 5. Having trouble with it and to take it home. My computer screen wasn’t operational and my heated seats and steering wheel would not turn off. Service manager said it’s no big deal. I was fearing it would catch on fire so brought it back. Took over week to fix and when I got my car back it was filthy on the floor from the workers boots (didn’t use floor mats) and was upset I asked them to clean the carpets. Then after all this when I brought the loaner back he insisted I go out 10.47 cents of gasoline in car to get my car back. Sadly 10.47 cents lost you a very loyal Ford customer for life.

I have purchased 2 vehicles, one in September 2020 and am currently awaiting arrival of my 2023 F150 from Joe Meloche Ford. I dealt with salesman Josh Mills and I would not have picked any other dealership to deal with. I made an appointment for an oil change, was there 15 minutes earlier, and it took 2 hours to complete, not including the 15 minutes that I arrived early. What’s the point of making an appointment. The work was done well, car was clean and service advisors were polite, just lack of communication and no explanation.
