Not only did Dr. Bach explain that he could do half the work for half the price with the exact same results, he also went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and listened to.Two years later, and my daughter's teeth are straight and the process went without a glitch. Dr. Bach is a perpetual ray of sunshine--always chipper, kind, energetic, and patient. He has handpicked the best possible staff, who are so caring and talented. I was looking for an orthodontist close to my home and picked one based on my sister's recommendation. And I’m very glad it happened to be Normand Bach Orthodontics. Dr. Bach and his team are amazing - professional, courteous, and efficient. I did two treatments (palatal plate, and braces) and I’m extremely happy with the results. Both treatments are lengthy and require commitment, and it’s important to have proper support from your dentist along the way. So I was very confident and it helped me do my part properly. Appointments are always on time, the office is very nice, clean & modern. Also, they are quite forward in terms of technology (reminders, notifications, virtual appointments, electronic forms, etc.) which is especially important nowadays. All in all, highly recommended, I would definitely come back.

Dr. Bach is very caring, experienced & professional! The whole treatment for me took a bit more than 2 years and I didn’t experience any significant pain or issue at all. Everything went perfectly well thanks to Dr. Bach & his team. I would also like to thank Annie who put on braces and did a few adjustments for me. Her patience and kindness definitely eased my fear & nervousness.

Highly recommend! From the front desk to the dental hygienists and assistants, the staff is highly professional and friendly. I was super hesitant about getting braces but Dr Bach made the process so much easier. Dr Bach took the time to explain to me the details of my treatment which I highly appreciated!
