How is this man a land Lord ..? Aren't there laws in this city ...rented an apartment ..everything was smoky ..carpet was burnt and filthy ..shower falling through rotten floor ..hadn't been cleaned or painted in fifty years ..why would someone have to pay damage deposit for the likes of this ..seen crack shacks ..more livable ..what to hell ..don't tenants have rights to ?
