This is a very comfortable stay, and quiet. I have chemical sensitivity and I had no issue here. I will stay again.

I am rating this motel based on what I went expecting. It is an inexpensive place to sleep, with a small kitchenette. It is clean and cute. The place is dated, have questionable door locks, but is quaint. If your bench mark is the Royal York you may not find this adequate. We will definitely be back.

I was travelling to visit family with a baby in tow and I would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean with laminate flooring (no carpet! Perfect for my little one). The inroom coffee machine had fair trade, organic coffee (lovely bonus!) and the toiletries all had biodegradeable packaging. The kitchenette in the room was a definite bonus as well. The owners were lovely and very helpful.

No service , no change of towels or sheets . Stayed a week at a time over the course of a month for work, and it was dismal. If you need anything more than a bed and a horrible shower , look no further .

Newly updated rooms, beds are SUPER COMFY with clean crisp linens. Perfect tiny kitchen with everything you need to make a meal with. New heating/cooling system works extremely well.The owner is so wonderful, friendly and acccomodating.Highly reccomend, ive stayed several times and will be back 100%

Good location in town, near many restaurants and shops. Also, for Pokemon GO players, it is located right on a Pokestop. Rooms were clean and well appointed. The bed was a bit firm for my taste, but that's the only negative thing I can think of. Great place, would stay again.

Friendly staff...has potential but not clean. Bed springs sticking out dangerous, coffee maker very dirty couldn't use it, fridge dirty, air conditioner filter was so clogged I had to clean it in the tub, toilet runs.

The room was clean but small with two double beds, a tiny bathroom. I had forgotten a couple of items but the staff found what I needed, paper plates, coffee, etc.

Basic services but everything is there. Very clean and well maintained. Wifi didn't work in our room as couldn't get a stable connection. Kitchen with dishwasher and microwave are a nice touch.
