Product prices are great but on the rare occasion my order is not messed up by the warehouse or the sales team, which I have to pay the restocking fee. The time to ship out is ridiculous and now we can only get orders to our area once a week... it might be time to find another supplier.

4 Star is only because they are still working out the kinks.But the new managment team is going above and beyond to fix the wrongs with orders both past and present.Before we were contemplating changing suppliers. As a once great company to do business with. Had become a very poor company to deal with, Plagued with missed orders, poor customer service and short shipped items.Samatha and her team have turned that right around.

This is our second attempt to do business with this company. 2 attempts required 3 trips, as the staff is so incompetent. You place your order for pickup, thinking this should be easy….the staff has no idea what they are doing. Wrong hinges, wrong soft close hardware each time! I ordered 6 pair of soft close hinges, 50%….half were wrong!! Exhausting driving back and forth to Kelowna from penticton to exchange items every time! We do not recommend doing business with them.

I would like to say how lucky you are to have Madeline as an employee. Not only does she have a smile on her face everytime I am in your establishment but also exceptional customer service. She has always been prompt to respond to requests for orders and if there is a challenge she always responds with solutions that are available. As someone who has managed stores for over 20 years I can honestly say that Madeline make dealing with your company a pleasure!
