very new to Kamloops when my truck died. Had it towed here because I knew where Valleyview was. And what luck! They diagnosed my troubles in moments and had a solution shortly after. The team was very helpful and went beyond over and above to help me out. I cannot say enough good things and would recommend to any and all.

Incredible place! Incredible People!. This is how a mechanic shop should be run no questions asked! I cant say enough good things about Tina and Brutus . we sent our 19 year old girl Jordan out to Kamloops with a car and within a month the brake light had turned on. I did some research and Found Valleyview.Taking your car to a mechanic for the first time is always a scary experience. Tina was phenomenal on the phone with me and taking care of Jordan, you can tell she truly cared about making Jordan feel at ease with the whole process, Jordan called home and told us she felt like she had just made a life long friend! Tina is an exceptional employee.Brutus went above and Beyond for Jordan, not only did he explain to Jordan the issue he actually took the time to show her and explain to her what she needs to do, He showed her all the basics with her car. This goes to show what kind of mechanic he is. I would STRONGLY recommend Valleyview to anyone looking for a trust worthy place. Absolutely wonderful and personal service you rarely see today. I found it both refreshing and a wonderful surprise that in this day and age there still exists a little family run shop where the customer is put first.. The needs of the customer put first... Now that's what I call top notch business etiquette.. Good job guys.. Will defiantly be back.

I'm not good at English and didn't like to phone call. I emailed to some mechanics, but only they replied me. The work and price were polite and clear. I was very satisfied. This time I brought my commuter car, next time I would like to bring my family car. Thank you so much.

Travelling through Kamloops and broke down near their shop. They were really busy but got us in and fixed the problem as speedily as possible. They were great and we got home safe and on time! Thanks Brutus and Tina

We were driving from Calgary to Langley with our two small kids (1 and 3) for Christmas in -30 weather and when we got to a red light in Kamloops our car smelled like burning and was smoking through the vents. We tried calling all the auto shops in town because the big storm was coming overnight. We called 8 shops and they all gave us a sorry, we are booked up speech and we were out of luck. But luckily we found this place and they were extremely kind and welcoming to us. We ended up staying there for 4 hours with our kids and dog while they diagnosed our car because we had nowhere to go with the weather so cold.Our oil had entirely leaked out due to a failing cam shaft seal and was all under our car and the timing belt. It was smoking with the overheating engine. They had parts couriered over quickly and had us back on the road in a matter of hours and literally saved Christmas for our family. We were able to get safely to Langley and didn’t have to spend the holidays snowed in at a Kamloops hotel waiting for another shop to even look at our car. They were so friendly, and basically let our kids and dog take over their shop while they fixed our car. Customer service was definitely 5 star.I hope we will never break down again, but we’re so fortunate to find valley view automotive, and if we ever have issues while in the area again, they will be our first call as they were honest and fairly priced.
