Excellent family place for lunch and Dinner at Morris. We always stop by here. Verity of menu, love their soup. Friendly staff, nice and clean place. Fresh food all the time

Employees hardly ever care about anything, sandwiches are always made sloppy, and every single time I make an online order they forget to put the bacon on the sandwich and I end up paying for bacon that I don't get.I highly suggest only getting food in person from here, so that you can remind the Employees to actually do their jobs.

The employees there are super nice and helpful understanding the new menu change and and a few employees like Arsh know me so well i walk in the store and they know which sub i get I don't have to say anything and that's why I love going back to this subway great customer service

Subway tasted like subway but the customer service was horrible.. like horrible i went on 16 February and i was with my friend that was a known of the employees and as soon as we walked in first thing they asked was quote are you dining in and the worst part was.. no greeting at all the.. and yes asking about dining in is a common practice but she asked it because she wanted my friend to do something for her and the employee name Arsh yelled at a couple in front of me quote why are you staring at me.. when they were just simply looking what she was doing.. and yes they are rude, don’t know how to treat customers..

Arsh is truly a wonderful girl! The food is great but the employees (like Arsh) are better! Always have a smile on their face when I walk in the door, which in turn puts a smile on my face! Arsh makes the best sub's in my most humble opinion. Subway is the same for food at all locations but it's the employees at make the food look & taste great!!

I usually love Subway but not the one in Morris. 5 stars for the Austin location though.In Morris I asked for a bacon turkey wrap. Even though I said I wanted veggies when I asked for spinach he put in 3 leaves. That's beyond cheap. Same was true for the rest of the veggies. Don't go to Subway Morris if you're hungry. Poor customer service too.Subway Austin is great customer service, great food and worth turning off the highway to eat.

Worst subway I've ever been too, I would absolutely avoid this place and goto rosenort or anyone else. Since the new owners this place has been the biggest rip off. Guy had to re scope ny chicken 3x and in the final time there was about 4 pieces he spread out on the 6 inch covering half the sub. Not to mention the chance you on veggies aswell. Never going here again and I usto love this place. Save a buck but lose a customer, great way to make money lol.

Worse subway I’ve ever been to!Orders 2 foot longs, 2 kids sandwiches and a veggie salad and they skimped on everything! The salad was so small it was smaller then any side salad at a restaurant and when I told them I wanted extra spinach they literally took 2 pieces more and the shredded cheese they put 1/2 tsp on a full size salad the subs I asked to be extra toasted and they were cold when we bit into them not even the cheese was melted and my kids sandwiches where thrown into a kids bag unwrapped! We go to a subway at least once a week and I have never had such a bad experience at subway before I would recommend you try Tim hortons or anything else cause this isn’t worth the money!
