Went to sephora many time but at Rideau ottawa, since i move..Is closer to me go to promenades,Here is my experience went there looking for setting spray employe come to me try to help he help me to look the product that i want it which is for sensitive and dry skinI thought he was good but nah.. he suggests me to try ILLA brand ,after use 1 times my skin become alot of pimples and i stop using it, go again for the 2nd time looking for eyelinerShe suggests me this brand is good i bought but she give me wrong colour,go back to the store to return i never use itAnd cashier lady she give me not nice face when i return the product, go again to buy setting powder unfortunately again i meet the same cashier ladyShe not even greeting the customer but give not nice looking face, and yesterday i go again to buy primer, cashier lady different person with dark skin stone ( sorry i don't know her name that's why i describe her like this ) she also not friendly she give me wrong redeem gift,i come to exchange and she give me not nice face expressionDear owner of sephora please train well your cashier lady to be professional.

Im going to rate 2 ppl in this review today 17 of may 2023 this morning at 10:20am I came in and there was about 3 employees on the floor I wanted some help from an employee the cash was already occupied and another employee on the floor was helping another client there was another employee on the floor but except she wasn’t busy so I go to her and as I was speaking to her she didn’t even want to help me she cut me off saying go to someone els how rude is that!!! Then what are you doing in the floor for to stand at the wall all day?! Like seriously… fast forward rating to the next employee from previous days before a while back I’d say 1 month ago I would like to thank him so much he’s help me and other clients at the same time and tries as much as possible to serve Everyone and make sure they are happy unfortunately I don’t know his name but I love his makeup so much he always has a smile on you’re you can tell that he loves what he does and love helping his clients he’s such an amazing employee I would give him 10/10, it’s just really unfortunate that woman works there and it shows it’s only for the money anyway I’m not going there anymore I will now be going to another Sephora location!!!

I've only spent 30 minutes of my time within this Sephora at Les Promenades to realize I'm never coming back. If you don't want to read the rest of my detailed review: Go to the Sephora at the Rideau Centre, or order online... you will save time.The displays of the products were mostly all stained with make up testers that were half opened and spilling product on the shelves. More than half of the actual products to buy were not restocked. The make up wipes that are used to clean yourself from testing products were always gone or already smeared with make up and pushed back in the slot.I witnessed the staff at the cash LAUGH and GOSSIP about their co-workers who were busy running the sales.There was a woman who needed help to find a gift for her daughter, and the staff member left her hanging around for 20 minutes to goof off in the backroom, only to waltz out and completely ignore the woman, as if it wasn't enough to see her laugh about it to her co-workers at the cash! I completely lost it and went to the worker and told her off, I did not care who was around.This store needs a BIG CLEAN UP of who is hired there and they need to all be trained on how to not bully other customers and their own co-workers. I can see when the manager/owner of the store isn't in, that the younger staff who are underneath want to clown around and represent the store in a twisted way.

Someone needs to explain customer service to the manager on the floor on Monday afternoon (22 august). I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. I am a loyal customer who had receipts for my exchanges, not returns. They had my receipts in their hands as they refused my exchange. Claiming they were confused about dates. One employee questioned the manager as to why he wasn’t accepting it because it made no sense and it became an entire conversion while I waited for over 35 minutes to finally be told sorry, we will accept it no problem. I felt disrespected, no one was helpful or friendly with me. I was smiley and sweet, there was no reason to be so rude to me. There was absolutely no reason for this behaviour. I am furious and will never ever walk back into this store again. This person should not be working with clients.

The employee was really rude. Right when I came in to return an item she said I used half of it (wich i didn’t even use at all) she went to get a new one in the back and compare it and it was the same.Secondly she said I already returned it when I didn’t lolAnyways employees there are just really rude the Sophora in Ottawa is much better

Omg I hated being there! I walked in and a lady that worked there started following me. Made me so uncomfortable! Everywhere I went in the store she kept following me and giving me seriously creepy vibes! Never returning

Sandy was exceptionally friendly with my wife and daughter. Her color matching was absolutely perfect. They will definitely be going back.

The environment in this store is not welcoming. I think they thought I was stealing so they were always looking at me and my friend and this one worker named Zenab was being really rude and forceful to give me a basket. Every employee comes to talk to you and stares at you everywhere you go and youre given attitude when you genuinely are just shopping there. I just thought it was very disrespectful. I usually buy online, this was the first time i went in the store and i was prepared to buy a lot of products but I just wanted to leave as soon as possible because i felt very uncomfortable. Anyways I give it 2 stars cause i understand the workers have to be vigilant but at least make sure that the people that you are giving attitude to are stealing before you talk to them like thieves or else it just makes them not wanna spend money there...

Had the best experience with Kyle( I believe), this guy is amazing , i love him without knowing him . Continue shining you make such a difference.With kindnessXxx
