Plummer Supply is fantastic and the service is A+.The gentleman ( he was very tall with glasses, reddish brown hair. Sorry I didn't get his name), was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in helping, but also explaining the product that was bought.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!!!! I live in a townhouse that had three broken toilets. Original toilets. Went to a supplier that my condo corporation recommended. Quote: $2200. Too expensive. Went to Plumbers Supply on Brock Road, met Laura Comello and bought three new toilets to include seats within five minutes. SHE IS AMAZING. COST $722 TAX IN. And, free delivery to my unit as my plumber could not pick up. If you are looking for a a sales representative that will meet your needs? Laura is the one. Delivery personnel were fantastic. Could not be happier. And, I hope to revisit their showroom to buy other items for upgrades. Please check them out and tell Laura I recommended her.

These guys were a lifesaver! They really know their hardware and were able to supply an out-of-production shower valve replacement alternate. They communicated with me promptly and looked over photos of my part to get the correct ID. Kept me from having to rip my bathroom apart to replace the shower control! Three cheers!

Unfortunately they do not stand behind the products they sell. Purchased a bathtub from them and paid a contractor to have it installed. The finish on the tub was deteriorating after only a few weeks. They had a specialist come out to ensure it was an issue with the finish and they determined it was. They sent someone out to replace the tub with the same one. Not too long after the same thing began to happen with the replacement. No chemicals ever used in the tub just regular bath soap and water. Contacted Pickering plumbers supply and they said “call the wholesaler” it’s not their issue anymore. Contacted the wholesaler Kodaen Faucet and they said they would ask the manufacturer (in china). The manufacturer said they would replace the tub but it would be at least 4 months to get it, I would have to go pick it up from the wholesaler, and pay someone to remove the old tub and install the new one. So long story short the cost to have a bathtub installed twice is not a small amount of $ and the unbelievable hassle it is to deal with the over a period of 3-4 months of going back and forth.I guess even small businesses are only willing to help so much these days and couldn’t care less if they are selling defective products. Very disappointing.

I was looking for a replacement cartridge for my leaking faucet. I went to Plumbers Supply and I was lucky to have Tim to take care of business. Tim is very professional and knows his job extremely well. He took his time in locating the parts and he is extremely efficient.Thanks for a job well done.

I have an old, relatively scarce shower fixture set. I reached to Mus’ab Sarkar this past Thursday at Plumber’s Supply because of a seized water temperature selector. He was able to identify the Italian manufacturer and single out the exact water mixture cartridge that needed to be replaced. He found one in inventory, gave me a quote and I received the part 2 business days later (Monday) by courier. It was installed same-day and works great. No fuss, no muss.
