Sam the groomer is absolutely wonderful! We come from out of town to have our samoyed groomed by her. She truly cares about every pet she grooms and its obvious in the way she talks to animals and their humans, and in the results of her work! Sam will always communicate about the status of the groom and detail exactly what needs to be down to help your pet feel their best. My dog is so much fluffier, silky smooth, smelling fresh, and feeling much better! Thank you!See photos before and after!

We have an older, large dog who needed a shave. The girls at the pet spa were gentle and patient. Our dog looks great and did not appear to be stressed at all from the experience. I highly recommend this pet spa, and will be a repeat customer .

Today I had taken my boy back to Brealey Drive Animal Spa. I had a few negative experiences there with a previous groomer. The staff has changed and Master Groomer Debbie was professional and understanding of Rocky's needs. He was shaking as we entered the spa but was open and receiving to the staff. Rocky is always shy and pulls away from strangers but this time approached the 2 ladies that we dealt with. This alone says a lot. Debbie took the time to reassure me that Rocky's experience here would not be at all like the last. And she was right. I had explained that with Rocky's weight, he had problems with his leg mobility. He is prone to ear infections as he's a Cocker Spaniel and was told by the last groomer there that he was a biter. In less than 3 hours she had this stinky, dirty mess looking like a million bucks with a report that he was NO TROUBLE AT ALL. Rocky was happy and almost relaxed when I came in. When we got home, Rocky had energy and spent time with us as apposed to sleeping the rest of the day away. I contribute this to a positive, humane experience. I am so pleased with Rocky's day. I recently rescued a lil potcake from out of town and although she doesn't really need a trim, she always needs a good bath to freshen up. She absolutely despises me giving her a bath (is also terrified of my bathroom), thus, Brealey Drive Spa is definitely my saviour. She happily waits in a crate for her time to be groomed and comes out as a happy fluffy fur-baby. Upon Tommy Girl turning 2, I decided to take her to Montreal and remembered the spa offered pet-safe hair dye and I was determined to give her pink ears for our trip. They took such great care of her on her spa day, and happily dyed her ears. They went over all options and ensured her safety when it came to the dye. When it was time to take her home, they offered Tommy a pink bow and refused to let me pay because “shes a pink baby and shes got to match.” I’d definitely recommend their spa experience and their dye jobs.

This was our first time taking Baxter to Maddy after a bad experience with another groomer. We were worried that he would be difficult to groom after that experience but Maddy was extra gentle and caring. He received the royal treatment, mud bath, haircut and nail trim. Maddy was knowledgeable about his breed and what the best plan was for him. Thanks Maddy!

I have a 16 month old dog with severe anxiety and my previous groomer couldn’t handle him. I had the pleasure of meeting Sam and her pup and she offered to take him on despite the challenge. I cant tell you enough what a difference she has made with him. I happily drive 40 minutes from home to bring him to Sam. Since coming to her there has been a huge improvement each time with how anxious he is. I hands down recommend Brealey Pet Spa , I know I wont be going anywhere else!

My friend recommended Brealey Dr and we’ve never looked back! They take wonderful care of our Great Pyrenees Arrow who has some anxiety and can be a bit scared of different experiences. He goes in wagging his tail and is always happy on pickup. Pricing is very fair and they do thorough work. I would 100% recommend taking your dog here!

Stella had an amazing experience here. The cut was great, she smelled great and I absolutely loved the picture they posted of her afterwards. Definitely our go to pet spa now. The staff was wonderful and I feel like they genuinely love every dog that comes in for a spa day
