Terrible experience parking here, first unable to re-enter the garage to get to my vehicle, with very poor instructions from attendants on the intercoms, who are not on site and don't know where the proper access points are (it's very simple - through mall only!). Then unable to exit the garage in the vehicle even though I had a validation ticket from a vendor within the building, because they accidentally kept the original entrance ticket. Again, off-site security" (turns out they're in Ontario!) refused to open gate despite having VT

Scammy. Doesn't honour merchant validation for free parking. Assistance operator off-site in Quebec insists you pay full rate and complain to the merchant, who of course can't do anything because it isn't their lot.Better off parking on the street.
