Laurelle and the teams did a terrific job at my place. They were on time, got through my list and communicated effectively. WOuld love to give them 6 stars!

I have had two different tenants use this company for their move out clean. The first tenant that used this company said they were done and when we went to do the walk through most of the place was not cleaned. Called and they said someone would be there in the morning to finish. No one came. Called and the owner herself came and cleaned. Still everything was not completed and to finish myself. Second tenant now has used them and they came and charged for two hours of cleaning. Two hours to do a move out clean for a 4 bedroom house! Really! Walks weren’t washed, washer and dryer weren’t cleaned, the area behind the washer dryer not cleaned and the machines were even pulled out for them. Oven racks left dirty on the kitchen counter. Linen closet was left unswept let alone washed down. All I can say is that this is the poorest quality of cleaning I have seen! A move out clean means clean everything so that the next tenant can move into a clean place. I would highly recommend that if you need someone for cleaning that you keep looking!

I have had molly maid coming to my house for over a year. Wow! Always happy. Always communicate if they have staff shortages (issue during COVID). I have had other companies and nothing but problems. Highly recommend.

As a business owner for 15+ years, I have had a lot of experience with various cleaning companies in Medicine Hat. Due to past issues, I had not hired a cleaning company for my office for over 3 years, choosing to complete the cleaning myself. Because of Molly Maid's reputation and what I could see, high retention of staff (very important to me for privacy protection), as well as proper insurance, criminal record checks, etc, I had Molly Maid come into my office this week. I am thrilled with the work the team did, they were friendly and efficient, completing a great job all while working around my own team. I am excited to find a professional cleaning company I can trust! Thank you!

My wife and I had them come clean the house the day before we got back from our honeymoon, walked into a clean house top to bottom, my wife is a clean freak and even she was impressed, from the cupboards to the baseboards, bathrooms etc, very good work. I’ve never seen my shower so clean, all water spots gone. Thanks again!

Horrible cleaning experience. Went and did a walk through and was told things would be cleaned when they were not! Was told that the job would take 2 days minimum and they finished in an afternoon and maybe an hour the next day! Got a $550 bill! The owner did come back but right after we left... go figure she was gone not long after we left too! Not to mention telling my flooring guy that we were mad at her when she even asked if he was a friend! Rooms didn’t even looked like they were cleaned and I was made to look like I was wrong. If something works when cleaning with a dollar store product like vim... wouldn’t u use that to start and do it properly the 1st time?! Anyhow highly DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Waste of money! I could have done better myself!

The level of niceness is awesome. The workers that came were polite and seemed to enjoy their job. They were there to do a good job and they did a good job. I have had a few cleaning services come over the years and nobody seemed to enjoy their job. The past workers have always made me feel horrible for having someone help with cleaning. These people are amazing, I have a clean house and I feel valued. 100% recommend Molly Maid.

Today was my first time to have Amy and Orianna come to do my cleaning. I am 78 years old and decided it was time! I am really impressed! These girls do not know how to leave dust behind! Thank you for the great job today!
