Tremble Communications

I purchased services over 4 weeks ago; while they took payment they have made zero effort in delivery or any communication beyond a receipt.I thought because of winter holidays and New Years, they were perhaps very busy and unable to confirm The company received payment - the money is out of my bank account; however after trying 4 times via email and phone calls, I have received no update on delivery.Other than contacting the better business bureau I am at a loss since the amount is too little to go to court and my time is worth more.I am beyond confused why they would take payment, provide a receipt and not even answer a call / email on when delivery will be for over 4 weeks. At this time I am not expecting anything and basically the money is a charitable donation.My recommendation is to take serious consideration into doing business with this company. I would highly advise against it.---I see the owner responded Feb 28 but provided no way to contact??? I already emailed and called. It's invoice. Receipt #1386-9349. More than happy to speak on the phone, email and send you a copy of the invoice from tremble communications. Thanks
