Very unhappy with our service. Have used Radius Tech for years and never had an issue until now. They come in and clean our computers at our business. About 30 computers or so.I scheduled them to come in for 2 days to clean all of them. They showed up late (about 15 minutes) on the first day. They did not even show up on the second day! Then they used the excuse that they would just finish the job on another day when they were scheduled to come in for a different job. No apology. Very unprofessional.UPDATE:Thank you Sean for helping with this. Your customer service was great!

I am not the most tech savvy, especially for my age. I have always struggled with systems and backup for my business. That all changed when I was introduced to StillWater. They helped me with equipment purchases as well as system integration and backup. Their services and extremely valuable. They are knowledgeable and have great customer service.
