I was recently fitted for a knee brace, when I called to book I was greeted by a very friendly lady who was able to schedule me in right away. Once measured the brace was in before the estimated time frame. I was able to book in right away for a fitting. Brace works great, staff are top notch, would highly recommend these folks. On another note, I was fitted for a custom brace for a reconstructed wrist about 22-25 years ago.....I still have it and its still holding out perfectly. If you need Prosthetics or Orthotics, or maybe something custom, this is the place to go.Thanks a bunch allGreg Price

Staff is extremely efficient and knowledgeable. The product was very good; light weight, yet sturdy. Hersh was quick to solve any problems we encountered with wearing the device as well as explaining the how and why of proper fitting. We are very happy with his service.

I got a knee brace a couple months ago, had great service right from the start. Had a couple of follow ups to make some minor adjustments. Brace works well and have less pain now. It does slip a little after sweating but other than that very happy

I was recommended to Pentland's by my Ortho Surgeon. I can't believe how my new knee brace has helped me with pain from walking. I am now able to go for long walks with my dog, something I haven't been able to do for a couple of years now. While the knee brace is fairly pricy it's been worth every penny to me to improve my quality of life. I would recommend Pentand's to anyone. The staff are very friendly and know their product well.

We received the best customer service here in Chilliwack! Harsh is amazing, thoughtful, patient and really cares about his clients. Sue is the sweetest, kindest most helpful person. She is so knowledgeable and was such a great help navigating thru resources to ensure we got exactly what we needed. Cannot say enough good things about this company and the Employees!
