Horrible service every time. First time for a tire change they ruined the lock caps and couldn't even do the tire change not to mention the arguing and looking down on me... This time around for an oil change and this is how I got my car back... Disgusting, I would've not come back here if this hadn't been an emergency...

Dooodes don’t bother going here - we drove here from the island because it’s a “mr lube” and the website says it’s a drive-in lube job no appointment- quick oil change but we arrived and they said it’s a 3 hour wait: that it’s always a long wait. I’ve been going to mr lube across Canada and it’s never that long - skip this place it’s managed super badly!!!!!!

Rating 1 star for the hefty priceI got my tires change today with a bill of 122$ which i find it very expensive, I usually pay 75 to 80$ at other places.I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I would recommend having an appointment elsewhere cheaper

The lady at the desk, and the one that was doing the work for the Tigers, who is the most rudest person ever she refused my work because my Lugnuts were too tight and said to go to a mechanic why can’t she do it herself when she does a proper job with a tool not by hand so worst service of all

No appointment required and fast service. Expensive than the regular mechanic's garage but at least you will have many thing to do while you wait for your car.

I’ve never owned a car before and so this was my first time experiencing having my service light on and having to get my oil changed. I came to this M. Lube and Voon was extremely helpful. He accommodated me in last minute and educated me on what an oil change is and what my options are. The whole experience made this a great first oil change experience. Thanks Voon! Now I know where to go next time.

They work at a turtle pace . 4 hours wait for a simple oil change and the employee did not care or offered an alternative solution. Never coming back . People where very upset .

I took my car back to the shop because it was shaking really bad. I thought it was because of bad alignment. It wasn't the case. The tech said I got ice stocked on the wheels and around the direction. He cleaned it up and balanced the tires again at no charge. Amazing service. Thank you guys.
