Canada Post

So I am confused, does Canada Post assigned to Rexall #6910 area no longer work? This morning the entire family was home, they didn't even try to knock on the door, which we would have heard because our kids have home schooling on the first floor in front of the front door; we do not have a big house. So why lately are we only getting delivery cards to pick the item up rather than have them drop the package off? The reason for delivery is to have it deliver, and unless we citizens sign off on clear directions to pick it up at the depot, they should be delivering to our door. What makes it absurd is the parcel was light, not more than 5lbs. Pretty sick of this.

Friendly staff, decent sized facility. Tucked away from Landsdowne but has tons of parking and easy access.

I missed a Friday afternoon delivery of cat medication that was sent on ice packs and needed to be kept cold. I called this depot and they contacted the driver, who turned around and brought the delivery back. Otherwise I would have had to retrieve it in three days on Monday morning at the nearest post office, and the ice packs were already melted. Very impressed with the service and willingness to help.
