Just sold our house after being on the market for over 8 months. Had a different real estate agent for the first 3 month and although they were okay, they never pushed to sell our house like the Kuula Team. Not the cheapest by far, but worth every penny. Jason was awesome. Honest and straightforward, whether its want to hear or not which will only benefit you in the long run. 100% recommend them and will use them again if we ever need to sell or buy again!

Being a first time buyer has many challenges and for us we knew very little. Matt and the Kuula team from day one were supportive and right by our side.From the first meeting where everything was streamlined and easy to digest. To the first viewing where we were nervous and excited. Worried about making the right choices and having our questions answered. Confirmation when our thoughts were valid or the truth when maybe were thinking in the wrong direction. They were always honest and transparent about every viewing and what maybe potential challenges, but never with the idea that we were being told what to do. Everything was placed in a factual and informative way.Our trust in Matt was successful in finding our first home. The Kuula were grest. They sold my house in 3 days. Steve Ricard my realtor was great.He texted me while i was on vacation to send me an offer and get the offer aproved.
