Had a lovely time here celebrating my friends birthday. I ordered the lasagna which came in a round cast iron, which I did not expect, it was really hot and I had to stir it up quite a bit to be able to eat it. The service was great, the drinks we’re great.

Cocktails were amazing here!!! 5/5. However, the dishes we ordered were really good but I wouldn’t say it was the best I have ever had. (Perhaps it is just what we ordered) As well, our server asked: Sparkling or distilled when we sat and we said sparkling. Only to find out we were getting charged by the bottle. It’s not about the $$, it’s about transparency with your guests.

The staff at CinCin are absolutely amazing. They setup my anniversary table before my wife got there. She was so, so surprised and the restaurant and staff made it so special.Thank you guys.We had sparkling presecco to start. The beef carpaccio, ravioli, veal and halibut.All dishes were amazing.I can't rave about this place enough and I'm definitely coming back with my entire family next time!Ps. Thank you to the wonderful lady that took the flowers ahead of time and set it up for me. I forget the name but I think she was the manager. :)

Anytime a high end restaurant offers a reasonably priced kids menu it’s a 5 in my books. My daughter got the bolognaise and it was amazing. I recently went to Le Crocodile and they didn’t have any specific kids dishes so they just made up a $30 dollar small plate of cheese on pasta. It was gross (everything else was amazing though). I got the sablefish and it was just okay, not nearly as good as Coast and or Bluewater cafe. But I have been here many times and other dishes have been great. The atmosphere is always top notch. Love the decor!!!

Food was quite tasty. But I find this restaurant a little too noisy. I just didn’t expect that level of noise. We came to celebrate a couple of wedding anniversaries but it was hard for us to talk to each other without yelling over the noise.We also got seated right behind the sink of the bar, and so when the bartender throws the cups into the sink, it makes a very loud noise. We made reso about a month ago, so I guess I was hoping for a nicer table.Next time if we come back, we will try asking for a quieter table, or perhaps a table outside.

The food, the service, the ambience everything was impeccable.We have Parmesan soufflé , lobster risotto , rib eye stake and Ross down chicken .The soufflé was so creamy and so soft, it was just melting in the mouth.For risotto the lobster had so much meat in it and the risotto was very rich and smooth .Rib eye stake and Ross down chicken was just was perfect.And as it was my birthday they also gave me a birthday card along with some dessert, and that was just so sweet .Can’t wait to come back and enjoy other delicacies!!

We came to Cincin for an anniversary dinner and it was a great time - the staff wrote us a card and treated us to dessert. The food was great as well: we had the burrata, Parmesan soufflé, scallops, carrots, and the osso buco. Every dish was tasty; however, the osso buco could’ve been braised for longer as it did taste dry within the first few bites.Overall, it was a great dinner and would recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to try an Italian restaurant in downtown Vancouver

Great Italian restaurant in downtown Vancouver. The mushroom risotto is the sole reason I now eat mushrooms - a must try! Service has always been excellent. Great wine recommendations. The patio is particularly lovely in the summer.

First time at Cincin and we were very pleased with the food and the service. A very sweet, professional and delightful Japanese server (I’m sorry, I do know how to write her name) was so attentive to us! The mushroom + truffle gnocchi was the highlight of the night!

Wine and pasta were really good. Pasta’s sauce was so tasty . But to me lasagna’s sauce can get better. This place has a warm and pleasant ambience. The balcony is really nice either in summer or winter.
