This was my first time in the store. The selection of party supplies is great! The store is colourful and cheery looking. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have pretty much everything you need to make your party really festive. Balloon bouquets are awesome and I love the variety of pinatas. Will be back!

They are making money off customers by rounding up all penny amounts. I was given $0.95 change from $2 on a $1.02 bill. I said when rounded, I should get $1 change. She argued with me about it then repeated that my change was $0.95.My loss is $0.05, their loss is my businessTheft from customers, event in small amounts is a crime and will add upZero stars

Before I was even greeting, I was scolded by Katrina for not standing on the red dot. I had come in at a definitely angle and hadn't see then sign. Katrina was very rude and it was hard to get information about sending my package. I'm tired, my son and I have been recovering from being sick, and Christmas busy too so I was very quiet. The way she treated me was unnecessary. Not normally for their staff, usually they are friendly and helpful. Katrina definitely wasn't.

I had a great experience when I needed center pieces for my grammas 90th birthday this weekend. So many compliments on the finished product! Thank you ladies! Friendly staff that went above and beyond my expectations.

I started working as a professional clown in 1985 and worked in Victoria as the side career for 15 years. I've been in the store several times. The lady that seems to be in charge during my visits was very rude. I've also heard this from other people that live in Duncan. I will no longer shop there because of the way I was treated. You're better off to buy mylar balloons at a dollar store for a fraction of the price. Some people just don't get the idea of service when they're working in the service industry.

My friend bought a birthday card here yesterday (May13) - the one that shows the birthdate of the person. She accidentally took a 1985 card instead of 1984. She went back the next day to exchange the card for the correct one and was told that she needed to produce a receipt. She had no receipt and the clerk refused to believe that she had actually bought the card. The clerk actually told her that she did not believe her. Our family and hers will not shop here again.

The ladies here clearly hate their jobs, i thought they were short with me when I called inquiring about prices for balloons and then I went in and it continued. After reading reviews it seems to be a pattern.

Had balloons blown up here at 10am and they were deflated by noon took them in to get them re inflated and they wanted to charge me another 30.00 to re inflate them.. Such a rip off. The lady was very rude as well.. Won't be returning to this company in the future. Been using them for 5 years now. Next year I'll get them done somewhere else.

Thought it was a great place...but have changed my mind.Before Christmas...they had a great selection of Cobble Hill Puzzles but after Christmas...NONE. I was told a new order would be done the third week of January but when the order was placed, the puzzles we were hoping would be ordered were not. Not very friendly customer service if you ask me. The clerk was quite snotty on the phone when I made an inquiry.
