Zylanna's Day Spa
I went in to see Zylanna to help with variety of problems that have happened to me over time working in my line of work. I have not only felt a difference physically in my body where normally I would have signs of soreness or pain, I have seen a drop in mental stress levels not being so high from having less soreness in the areas that I’m constantly having to use for work. So in-turn I’ll be going to Zylanna’s day spa for more sessions!

I have been receiving spa service for 35 plus years, thus have high expectations for treatments. Zylanna is certainly a gifted individual when it comes to her work. She has great communication skills & a thorough knowledge of her craft. To top if off her techinique is stellar. I have been to see her quite a few times already & have added her offerings to my regular self-care routine.

Amazing experience with an Indian head massage and facial. I found Zylanna on Google Maps after not being able to find a last minute opening at Nourish Spa in Cobourg. Zylanna’s treatments were so incredibly relaxing and professional. I’ve tried a couple high-end spas, and this was better. (I found out she also works at St. Anne’s spa, which I haven’t tried yet) When we did the facial, I loved the bonus foot massage and multiple choices of essential oils and scents. I’ll definitely be incorporating this into my self care routine. Can’t wait to try some of her other offerings!
