I use the taxi service from Toronto airport to oshawa and I must say they offer a flat rate I made a booking through the phone. It was excellent service professional company and I'm a very regular traveler I'm gonna use them again.

We hired the taxi services a while ago. The vehicle provided was a good one and our driver was very helpful and a reliable person. The pricing was reasonable amount,considering with the state tax and motorway tolls including. I would definitely hire their services if I plan any future road trips. The staff was very nice and polite.

Called to ask for a ride to the airport, and asked for the pricing. After receiving an estimate of $98 for an SUV, that seemed a bit high I said that I saw lower prices online ($49 - $80) it's my first time ordering and I am not familiar with the prices. Instead of calmly explaining the difference in pricing the guy started yelling at me and saying I'm insulting him. Dude I'm just a customer asking questions. So rude and so an professional. Ended up ordering an SUV from a different company for $80. Some customer service course and training is not a bad idea for you.

Faisal picked myself and my girlfriend up from the airport after our trip. He was an amazing driver who provided amazing service. He provided water and candy and made sure our drive was smooth. Highly recommend.

I used this service to shuttle 6 adults and 1 toddler to the airport for an early morning flight. They showed up on time in 2 large, clean SUVs and they were polite and helpful loading up the bags. The child seat that they provided wasn't legal as it didn't clasp in the front, but we didn't have much choice so we figured it would be ok for the one trip seeing as it was only 15-20 mins to Pearson airport. Everything was great at the beginning, until they started driving. I was in the 2nd SUV and the child was in the 1st one. It had snowed the entire day before and the roads had some slush and ice on them. As soon as we got on the 401 I had to tell the driver multiple times to slow down. He was cruising at 145km/hr and swerving around every car and semi that we encountered getting up to 155-160km/hr as we passed. The worst part about it was that we weren't even keeping up with the 1st SUV that we were following. They were going even faster. I was absolutely furious. We left with plenty of time and in no way were in any sort of rush. I could not have been more angry and frustrated with my experience. The drivers were friendly, punctual, and helpful but the way they drove was absolutely unacceptable and I was fuming angry that they chose to drive this way with a toddler in an illegal car seat.

Our driver was pleasant and professional. He was on time to pick us up at home and waiting when our plane landed on return. He was very considerate and helpful. I strongly recommend this service.

I appreciate the little extras that made my ride even more comfortable, such as bottled water and mints readily available to me after a long flight.
