Amazingly responsive and helpful! Of course, 4 pm on a Friday the alarm on our septic system went off (for the first time), and being 'city folk' transplanted into the country side, we were 'alarmed' ourselves and didn't have a clue what to do (besides silencing the alarm). Leanne picked up the phone at Proactive, and booked us in for a Monday appointment, but reassured us that Justin would call and try to troubleshoot to get us through the weekend. How responsive is that! Several calls and texts over the weekend, and he managed to describe how to try and run the pump manually, and thank goodness it worked! He was on time on Monday, did an amazing inspection /troubleshooting job, including answering my newbie questions. We are super grateful to have had their name/number handy and have signed up for their service contract. Don't hesitate to call them!

ProActive/Justin did an annual servicing for our Waterloo Biofilter septic system. He was very personable and completely professional. He explained the steps the was taking and showed me some of the features of our system which was helpful. I would not hesitate to call on his services if there were any problem.

I'll start by saying Justin is great at what he does and I cannot thank him enough for helping me out in a pinch. I had some issues with smells coming from my septic system and had to get it pumped twice in a year. A different company who came to pump it out said my weeping field was likely failing. Justin came out to inspect the system and after locating the runs he thought something wasn't quite right. He dug around the main line and found that it had collapsed quite some time ago. He immediately repaired the damaged section which corrected the problem right away. Justin is very knowledgable and committed to providing high quality service I'm not sure any other company would have been so thorough they saved me thousands and assured me the rest of the system is operating as it should. I'm glad I reached out to proactive septic. I highly recommend this company!!

Before moving into our new home in Manotick, we had the septic system inspected and it was determined that there was some corrosion to the partition wall and it was also recommended that we have a effluent filter installed and a riser with access panel so that we would not have to have the system dug up each time we have it pumped.Justin from Proactive Septic Solutions provided an accurate quote via email and then came over on time to do the work. Justin did an amazing job! We are very happy with the work he did to take care of each of our concerns with the system, and we are very appreciative of the time he took to explain what he was doing and that our septic system should last us for many years to come.I would very strongly recommend that you use Proactive Septic Systems for your Septic maintenance or repair as their rates were better than the competition and their service was A+.
